Taco Truck at Elmwood Plaza offers awesome, plentiful, and authentic Mexican food made to order. The steak quesadilla is a generous portion and cooked perfectly, while the Chica quesadilla is smaller. The staff is pleasant, and prices are reasonable. Favorites include steak and al pastor tacos with amazing avocado sauce. Vegetarian options like bean burritos and cheese quesadillas are available. Parking is convenient with lots of spots. The only downside is the loud generator. Despite that, it's consistently good and worth a visit every time.
