this place has the absolute best pizza out there. also, the best employees! the night shift delivery driver guy with long hair is very attractive😉 one time i stepped in gum on my way up to the counter and he felt so bad for me he gave me $50. also he donated his left kidney to me in the hospital the other week.

Never had a bad experience here. Not sure of his name but I think he is the night manager with black hair. He is always so nice and actually speaks to you. They work hard here and try to get everyone served in a timely manner. I always order pick up. Delivery can take some time and I’m not paying for cold pizza. I’m not sure why people are complaining about food not being hot out of the oven when it’s being delivered 🙄

If you like smoke flavored pizza this is the TOPPERS for you! I drive down Green Bay and notice the workers smoking in the door with it wide open.

Ordered our pizza at 5:26pm. The estimated delivery time was at 6:36 at the latest. 7:05 rolled around so I called the number listed and it didn't even connect to someone at the store. They told me the pizza would be here by 7... I pointed out it was after 7 already and he told me to call back in 10 minutes if the pizza hasn't been moved to delivery status. It's been just shy of 2 hours and still no pizza. No compensation. Very frustrating

Won’t be ordering from this toppers again. I ordered at night, was diligent in paying attention to the order tracker and “time-frame” in which the order would be delivered. My number was listed multiple times throughout the order. Waited until I’d heard no response and the tracker stated “out for delivery” but received no phone call beyond requesting it be left in the front (because attempting to notify customers of their delivery is common courtesy I thought, even DoorDash has always done that). Foods cold, and definitely was outside for long before the delivery “time-frame.”

Used to be a great restaurant until the new Arab owners took over and started running it into the ground. The food is prepared in unsanitary conditions now, they don't use gloves, wipe their kitchen tools with garbage instead of washing them between uses. The bathroom is constantly flooding with sewage that you can smell all throughout the restaurant, and they probably never even notice cause it's indistinguishable from their body odor.

Took 2 hours for my food to get to my house and I'm only 9 minutes away from the store

I waited on the phone for a total of 16 mins. After I was waiting for almost 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone I thought maybe I was supposed to hit a button but nope then waited another seven minutes and finally hung up after I made an order for Domino’s online and it was already thrown in the oven wtf! I have never ate here before and probably never will.

Ordered a pan za and it was decent. Better then dominos or pizza hut tbh.

We got raw topper sticks, and when we called they didn't seem to care at all we are all sick afterwards with stomach problems and the management wouldn't even offer a refund or anything this is terrible service never again

I ordered a large thin crust received a hand tossed. I called and had the issue resolved which I thought until I opened the pizza box . The pizza is not edible the pizza has piles and piles of bacon , only half the pizza is supposed to be bacon not triple the bacon . I called to request a refund was argued with & was denied the refund. I requested his name and customer service phone number which I was denied also, was told he would speak with his manager and call me back never received a call back. i’ve been ordering from this topper for years. I’ve never received this quality of pizza or the horrible customer service I received today . Very disappointed I would like a refund for my pizza.

By far, this is the best toppers that I have ever visited. The service is like none other they're super nice, and they go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy and with great food! I am also amazed that they let me order an obscene amount of parmesan garlic sauce cups as long as I pay for them ?.
