Whomever was cooking on November 24th at about 5:00 p.m. should be fired. Not only did they not cook the food that was requested it tasted like shit.. I mean we're talking about pizza people Pizza should taste like pizza. It absolutely did not in this case it was disgusting. On top of not having the pizza the way that I ordered it. That is just BS if you ask me. It's a hit or mess with this place. Very rarely you will find it made correctly and or delivered nice and hot and or tasting delicious. More often than none there's errors and missing things and as today so disgusting. We ate it because we waited to eat dinner late and we were all hungry otherwise I would have made them come back and pick up this garbage. Shame on whoever was making them at that time and day

I had ordered original toppers sticks and I wanted half cinnasticks half regular but i didnt see a modify option on the website. So I called and they had already made them I told them it was fine because it was my mistake not being able to find the option wen ordering, and when I went to pick up my tippersticks they remade them the way I wanted which was sooooooo nice of them I wish I got the specific workers name but definitely 5 stars for service that was very kind and totally made my night after a long day of work ❤️

Absolutely horrible- pizza was supposed to be here by 6pm by 7pm they wont answer the phone literally took it offhook. Finally at abou t716 they showed up with Luke warm pizza and an excuse how they needed to make a 5 pizza order smh wont go here again.

I usually go to this location because it’s convenient but this place has went downhill for sure. My pizza order was messed up so he made that right even though it’s cold but the wings that I ordered bread literally fell off of them and was all of them are mushy! To think I paid like $18 for 12 uncooked boneless wings that look like McDonald’s nuggets!! Idk what went wrong here but whoever is cooking should NEVER go in a kitchen again! I wish I could give them zero stars but they lost my business for good.

I ordered a medium PAN PIZZA with sausage and pepperoni THIFK AND DICED.. When I got the pizza it looked NOTHING like a pan pizza. It looked exactly like a hand tossed which I don't like. Next, the pizza was DRY! Hardly and sauce. HARDLY ANY TOPPINGS. SERIOUSLY???? I paid almost 14 for what a load of bread with little toppings and hardly any sauce. I couldn't even taste the sauce.
I actually stopped eating toppers a while back because of these issues. I thought I would give you another try and again Disappointed!!!! Overpriced and not good!!!

I placed an internet order for some food. After receiving the delivery I received a call that my Discover card did not go through. I gave them another card which didn't go through so he asked for the credit card number again and it then went through. Later I noticed I was charged twice which was strange since they were different amounts, but same day same time. I called them, but no one answered. I went in person, but manager wasn't there so I left a handwritten message. Never heard back, so I tried to fill out contact form which doesn't work. So I called the main office and left a message, but never heard back. Talk about horrible customer service. I will never order from them again and they get this not so nice review.
Horrible experience called about my Order being incorrect made her wait 20 mins to tell her they wanted the original food ? Back? Which isn’t sanitary? Almost everyone in my household is sick so you as a manager decided it was best to have your driver be open to contamination? What kind of work place environment is this ? All we wanted was our order to be corrected? I’m never ordering from this establishment and it has tainted a bad image on me and if it’s a franchise, please have someone else take over!
