I order from here quite often and it's always pretty tasty. However today's order was not enjoyable at all. Rice was super bland and tasted old. The chicken in both lunches were extremely disappointing. The chicken in my lunch was grisly, tough and super salty while my sons chicken in his lunch the coating/breading on the chicken was spongy- wet and mushy. I am hoping that this was just an off day because I've never experienced anything like this before. It's just disappointing spending money on something your not going to eat.

I ordered the general two chicken twice. Both times the chicken was dry and hard/crunchy. The first time the order was remade. I didn’t bother to even complain today. Lesson learned

Great carry out option for fresh and delicious Chinese food. Crab Rangoon, egg rolls, fried scallops, sweet and sour shrimp, orange chicken, kung pow beef, all yummy choices that are cooked perfectly.

The reasturant seemed pretty clean for coming an hour before close, the Chicken w/mixed vegetables was AMAZING minus the little amount of chicken, which truthfully is most places now with meat. The chicken. Fried rice was good, not the best but not the worst. Will definitely be back for the chicken w/mixed vegetables. It was soo good, and fresh. (Ask for it freshly made.)

General TSOs Chicken was very dry, meaning the chicken was so dry it wasn’t eatable. Egg Foo Young was extremely greasy.

Food is usually pretty good but my order took over an hr and a half and instead of being apologetic and offer me any kind of discount or money back the owner hangs the phone up on me after telling me it’s on its way. They could do a lot better at accommodating for the mistakes they make. Wouldn’t recommend

The food was okay, I am not from Wisconsin, I am visiting but I did want to try Wisconsin Chinese food, ordered for me an family 4 dishes all beef types, the sauce is good in the food, the meat is very tough. Cheap cut of beef, the taste is good, lots of food, the mustard is a little strange but that’s based on my experience from ny/nj Chinese food. Only complaint is how firm the meat is. The price is good 4 dishes $48 dollars, 4 served 12 people so a good bang for buck if you need to feed a crowd. I would say the beef taste of beef meant for a stew similar cut. Overall I would say 3/5 because the meat is firm, they were polite and it’s a typical Chinese restaurant atmosphere

Ordered over the phone for wife, son and myself for a Friday night dinner. Was told would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived 15 - 20 minutes after I ordered I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. After a total of 35 minutes the rude owner handed me my food and said goodbye. I was patient and did not complain, I even left a tip (mistake). They made my wife's food the golden sesame chicken instead of the golden sesame beef. When my wife called the lady reread our order to my wife. When she got to the item my wife ordered there was a long pause. And she said it was the chicken we ordered. It was clear that not only did she realize their mistake but was not going to own up to their error. An apology for a basic human mistake would have been good enough. But to lie and continue to charge us for the beef along with the rude attitude is enough to give an unflattering review. It was a slow night at Rong Hua, I now can understand why.
