Horrible customer service. Tried to resolve the problem but ended up having the owner yell at me when it was her fault. Sad how your own kind can treat you worse then others. Will keep posting until the refund hits my account. I waited for months to support her place and now I fell sorrow for her.

Was willing to try but the lady answered the phone all hostile n cocky so nah I’m not spending no money in there
I’ve gone in here twice and both times the lady cursed at me. Messed up my order and told me it was my fault she messed them up. The food is just ok. Not worth going unless you want to be treated like garbage.

The lady that answers the phone (assuming the owner) TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Doesn't know how to PROPERLY speak to her customers, I cashapped the payment. With no tip. EVERY INTENTION of tipping CADH- BECAUSE 100% OF that goes straight to you! But you cancel on MY VHOLDS FOOD after waiting an hr because your online ordering system is messed up ..even when I told her I'd pay extra for the side.......wouldn't recommend.

This is the BEST place in RACINE! It was all so delicious, and they had the best customer service so kind and welcoming. I fell in loveee; we will be spending all our money here lol. Please give this place a try it’s well worth it. Large portions decent prices! Thank you so much uptown

Tried to visit this spot for breakfast (which was a Saturday) and the place was supposed to be open by 10 am, but it was still closed at 10:30 am. so I ended up ordering lunch from here later in the day. My husband and I each tried the 3 piece catfish and fries meal. Fish was seasoned to perfection and tasted delicious. Fries tasted great as well, but I believe they placed them in a closed box too soon as they were on the mushy side. While I understand that it’s getting more costly to dine out due to food inflation, I would have liked to receive something a little extra at the rate of $17/plate. A piece of bread or a small side of slaw would make it feel more complete at that price.
Undeniably some of the best food you people will ever eat and not being bias because she my aunt but the lady cooks with love , integrity and proficiency check her out

This restaurant brings those nostalgic memories back. I highly recommend this spot. A local, young restaurant. It's already proving to hold it own weight against the other guys around town.

By far the best homestyle breakfast i've had.Everything was hot and the french toast and potatoes were great.
