I actually hate leaving bad reviews but I kept finding things incorrect in my order so I have to. I always go here on the late night and service and food are usually pretty good. Tonight, I went for my usual order and literally everything was incorrect. No bacon on my double stack, ordered spicy nuggets and got regular, no sauce was given at all. Just very disappointed because the whole order aside from the drink was incorrect. Please, do better. The goods cheap but irregardless, people need to pay attention and get orders correct if they wanna work there..or find a job elsewhere

I never thought a worker could be so rude , I didn’t know the different types of kids meals and one of the workers rudely starts saying which one almost yelling in my face, I said I don’t know which ones there are and she continues and tells me it’s not that hard to read, I was trying to find the options on the menu but I couldn’t and then she finally lists the types of meals. Genuinely if someone doesn’t know something don’t be rude to them.

They got the worst bathroom toilet was clogged and it smelled horrible.

In the last few months, the service and atmosphere depends on what time you visit and who is the manager and working front counter. Tonight, I dined in at 7pm and ordered a coffee and was refused a refill until the mgr came five minutes later. I am customer of wendys for over 30 years.

John was awesome!! He always is super friendly to us dashers later at night. I forgot to bring someone somethint and it was just about to close and I called and explained and he let me come grab cookies to bring them. He’s always in a great mood and super friendly as well
