John was awesome!! He always is super friendly to us dashers later at night. I forgot to bring someone somethint and it was just about to close and I called and explained and he let me come grab cookies to bring them. He’s always in a great mood and super friendly as well

Incompetent manager on third shift that will be reported to corporate. Get off work and Drove all the way across town because google says this location closes at 3am. When I enter the line there are 3 cars in front of me. All 3 give their order and move on: when I get to the menu board it was 2:53 am and the car in front of me hasn’t even turned the corner fully to the payment window! Before I order someone comes on and says “I’m sorry we are closed.” I respond that it is only 2:53 and the website says you close at 3! Employee responds, “yes but we need time to clean up!” I ask to speak to the manager he says I am the manager. I pulled off and took pictures and video of the vehicles being served in front of me! The company pays you to clean up AFTER they are closed. I hope everyone who works is fired for stealing company time as they were obviously paid to serve customers until 3!!!

I ordered a 4 piece spicy nugget with ranch, small fry and a pineapple lemonade on 11/10/24 at 6pm. By 7pm I was nauseous and my stomach was hurting. By 9pm I was vomiting. I vomited 3x throughout the night and I was out of work until Tuesday because my stomach was hurting so bad. I will not order from Wendy’s again.

Fast, friendly, and helpful service. The person at the window was super nice! The food was delicious and made to order. I normally get a double cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only. It was made perfect! I love Wendy’s! I will be back for sure.
