They are unreasonably slow way too often. When I place an order and show up 5 minutes after the latest app-quoted ready time to be told to wait another 5 minutes, it is annoying. And it is a norm here. I order ahead and wait extra to try to avoid that but it still remains a regular issue! And, it is generally not that they are swamped busy. They need either better management or some focus on greater attention to detail to the service and hitting quoted timing.

DO NOT go to this location. I was missing food, and they would not replace it unless I brought the entire order (for 5 people) back to the store. I was only missing my order, and the 4 KIDS had already started to eat so she refused to do anything. Customer Service does not respond. The manager can barely speak English and is very RUDE! She tells the staff to hang up on you. This place should be SHUT DOWN!

Don't bother. Location can't fill an online order on time, will tell you when you show up after your pickup time that they haven't even started the order, and then give you attitude and tell you they can't refund the order when you cancel. Not even an apology, acknowledgment that they're incompetent, nothing. Disputing the charge with the CC company, and done with Wingstop.

The fries aren’t as good anymore, however the chicken is as good as always! Service is wonderful. The bathroom looks so clean I would eat my wings off it… yummy! I don’t know what I’d ever do if it went out of business.

This wingstop had really good customer service and the bathrooms were very clean, i would come back
If it was up to me i would give Zero starts on customer service the skinny lady that is at the register has no customer service at all i got there on 7/31/25 at 11 pm and she was on her phone she didn't even ask if i needed anything till i said hello twice ahe looked at but kept looking at her phone ahe was going to charge me for something else and that's because she was on her phone I don't think ahe has customer service at all she should not be at the counter she did the same thing to 2 other customers i hope a manager takes care of the issue otherwise this place will loose customers.....

This place has got to be doing something against company policy. The website tells you 8-15 min and you can get there 20 minutes later and they go mark on the order slip and tell you it's going to be 5-10 min still. What is the point of an estimated time when it is never right. Food quality is NOT consistent so you never know if your food will be edible. I cannot wait for Wendy's to open so I never have to think about this place again.
