We called this wing stop on 4 mile over and over to place an order but whoever is working Monday night on the 3rd would answer and never say a word. We called 4 times and each time they played there nonsense. We have ordered plenty from this wing stop. I got the message, you don't want our business.

Well I gave it a year from my last of a few bad experiences, and like a sucker I tried it again because I was craving wings... Big mistake on my part….This time the food was even worse than the last. I'm not sure how you can push out wings in less than 10 mins and expect them to be cooked and crispy but they sure did. The dirty fryer grease overpowered the horrible flavors of the sauces. Undercooked borderline raw fries seasoned with enough salt to clear my driveway after it snows... This has to be one of the worst restaurants I've gotten food from. We ate one of each three flavors and ended up throwing everything away and going hungry. This place is terrible done eat there!

I placed an order of 2 10 piece wing combo with all flats for both orders , 4 different sauces and fries with fry seasoning and parmesan cheese on both orders and a 20 oz soda and when I got to the place they didn’t have no order ready under my name so they had to place a whole different order and couldn’t figure out who’s order was who’s and you have someone at front counter that don’t speak English .

This location has missed items in every single one of our orders in the last year. We have made the manager aware and she has done nothing to correct the situation. We have neither received a refund nor a credit for the delivery service. On top of that, we have been met with terrible attitudes in every encounter at this location. If you’re getting delivery from this location, you can expect for your food to be missing or for it to be cold because you’ll have to go back to get the items missing. Worst business we have ever ordered from. They’re incompetent, rude and lack integrity in every degree.

I always call to place my order. 2nd time today they forgot the ranch I ordered and payed for. I call them back upon seeing the ranch was left out again. They said you can drive back and pick it up? My food was already cold from the 12 min drive there and 12 mins back. Now they want me to drive another 24 mins, and waste more gas/time for something I ordered and payed for already. I shouldn't have to check the order everytime I make a purchase. Disappointing when the ranch is half the reason I even make an order in the 1st place. If the lack of service continues, I will take my business elsewhere.

There are only a few tables here. Most people get the food to go. The chicken is really good and you can get the wings coated in a sauce. The sauces range from sweet to really spicy. If you like chicken wings you'll love Wingstop!

So this location was super clean. The staff was really helpful. Bathroom was clean. They did tell me 15 to 20 minutes for the food which I’ll just assume I get all fresh food. I ordered the 10 piece meal with fries and a regular drink and I got it in about 15 minutes and the food is supposed to be expected. It was good. I would definitely visit this location again.
Parking: There’s plenty of parking in the front and along the side since this location and occupies the corner
Wheelchair accessibility: There are two candy cap spots out front with a ramp to get on the sidewalk

I called before ordering to ask a question about one of there sauces to make sure that it didn't have anything my wife is allergic to and was told that they had no clue. I gave up on that sauce and ordered through doordash, the wings were dry and cold and the hot honey doesn't taste anything like it. They forgot about a straw for my drink.

We ordered the corn with fry seasoning on more than one occasion. Even when we pick up the order and outright ASK if the corn has fry seasoning, NOT Cajun, we are told yes. When we get home and open it, it's the Cajun seasoning. 1st time I called and the manager went on about there being a new cook, so whatever, we let that go. Happened again, called again, they're so sorry, whatever. Happened again, so we went back to get the correct order and they can't even offer us any type of compensation for having to come back. Could've offered more corn than the 10 pcs we ordered and that would've helped. But no, they screw up every darn time and take no responsibility. My son said the worker was smirking when he went back for the correct order. Maybe this is why she was smirking...9 little itty bitty pieces of corn and 1 regular size like I normally see from them. (Pic of corn pieces under the photos, couldn't load it on my review)
