whenever i go, i get a BLT toasted and they toast my bacon for 5 seconds max. my sub is always cold always dry. i always ask for cheese on my sub and they never put cheese on it. im

The manager that was there at 11 am on Nov 22nd is very disrespectful, called my 7 year old daughter annoying, then she became very rude while I was trying to get my fiances order over the phone. She kept sighing loudly, than asked if I was kidding her, she started yelling at me because "smart people write down orders." I will never go there again, an absolute pathetic way of customer service, very disappointing.I'll be talking it over with my entire church congregation as well,

Staff refused to make sandwiches for my nephew and grandfather. Yea we showed up 5 or 6 minutes before closing but they were just starting another customers order. They told my nephew it was too much work and said they wouldn't make the sandwiches. Store either needs to get better staff or close for good. Plenty of better restaurants that could use that space.

Very bad service from girls who need to take their job more serious called in order wasn't even ready or started this place use to be very good but they made our sandwiches very sloppy after I had to wait another 20 mins
