The manager that was there at 11 am on Nov 22nd is very disrespectful, called my 7 year old daughter annoying, then she became very rude while I was trying to get my fiances order over the phone. She kept sighing loudly, than asked if I was kidding her, she started yelling at me because "smart people write down orders." I will never go there again, an absolute pathetic way of customer service, very disappointing.I'll be talking it over with my entire church congregation as well,

This place is the worst ! I asked the employee "What comes on the New Turkey Cali Sub that was being advertised. The employee replied "I have no idea?" I said " If I ordered one , what would you put on it? She replied "I don't know maybe turkey and bacon??" I said " Doesn't Cali mean avocado? " She replied I don't know ...maybe?? " Didn't make any effort what so ever to find out! Ridiculous !

Staff refused to make sandwiches for my nephew and grandfather. Yea we showed up 5 or 6 minutes before closing but they were just starting another customers order. They told my nephew it was too much work and said they wouldn't make the sandwiches. Store either needs to get better staff or close for good. Plenty of better restaurants that could use that space.
Very bad service from girls who need to take their job more serious called in order wasn't even ready or started this place use to be very good but they made our sandwiches very sloppy after I had to wait another 20 mins
