The staff here is great for the most part! they’re friendly, and they’re fast. Had there hamburger for the first time it was raw in the middle. Went back to show them. They refunded hamburger but should have refunded whole meal for my inconvenience and gave me some coupons and maybe I would return. I will not. Boycotted KFC and well you know how that ended. The cashier apologized but the "CHEF" did not.

They always get my order wrong. I've eaten there five times total and they always get it wrong. They either forget something or give me the wrong item. This time when I went in I ordered a brisket sandwich and got a chicken sandwich. I just ate it because the guys behind the counter seem frazzled with four customers. The soda was flat and there was no sauces. The garbage was completely full. And I heard a worker complaining that someone asked for barbecue sauce and then then use it. He took it behind the counter. I am very disappointed and I don't think I will give them another try ever again!

I went to the drive thru and waited way too long, I noticed the car in front me left. No one was taking orders or answering. Went inside and the workers were COMPLETELY ignoring the customers. Stood there for a few minutes in disbelief as they made eye contact and looked away completely ignoring people that wanted to order. I don't know what was going on but it was extremely unprofessional. Took my family over to Culver's and had a tasty dinner after all. Terrible location!!

Been here twice while visiting from out of state. First was through the drive through and it took 25 minutes to get our food. Now we come in to eat and there was no one in drive through and only one guy before us. We ordered at 11:41 and didn’t get our food until 12:05. They were in no rush and literally made the food as we ordered it. So don’t expect FAST food but it will be fresh at least.
