Drive thru worker was just rude!!! Then I get my sandwiches which were the special 2 Arby Qs for $6 so I didn't expect a fine dining sandwich, but the buns on both of my sandwiches was so burnt it was black and hard. I was between clients with a 40 minute drive ahead of my so I just tossed them and went on with my day. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed in this Arby's. I had to say H-E-L-LO ? to get someone to wait on me! The steak pcs. We're over done I'm guessing it's yesterday's steak, very dry but good flavor.

I don’t know what is wrong with this Arby’s but I think it is the employees. The employees don’t take the time to make a decent sandwich. The meat is hanging off one side of the sandwich and the cheese is half dap thrown on other side. I tried the new gyro. The bread was broken in pieces and the cucumber sauce was hardly a dap. I believe the employees don’t give a darn. It’s to bad a like Arby’s.

I tried the new chicken cordon bleu and it was made fresh and had a generous amount of jam and cheese and the chicken was nice and crispy.

Went here last Thursday and did a mobile order for a double roast beef meal with a shake and my son got a chicken tender meal with a shake paid $23 when I got to the window I was informed that they were out of roast beef, fries, and shake mix, the guy had no idea how to refund me and he called his manager and they didn't answer gave me managers number told me to call tomorrow so I did, manager told me to call back Monday so I did he said he contacted corporate and I'd get a refund... corporate JUST sent me an email yesterday asking for information even though i gave all of it to the manager already and still no refund a week later and corporate hasn't responded either... Didn't even offer anything extra... unbelievable....

The staff here is great for the most part! they’re friendly, and they’re fast. The only problem I have with this location of Arby’s is that they sometimes have poor food, or their restaurant isn’t cleaned well. I went here today after a bad experience with Mcdonald’s and it was refreshing to have such friendly staff that was fast and did their jobs. Mcdonald’s in Reedsburg now just isn’t what it used to be…

Make sure you check your food! I tried reaching out to corporate about this location and they have not gotten back to me. When you wait for 20 minutes with no one at the restaurant!
