Food was delicious! Service could have been a little better. Service was a little slow with condiments. Soda was flat but they tried to correct the problem. Not so successful though.

I was in Reedsburg at the hospital, from out of town, and missed dinner, so I decided to skip the chain and go local. Ordered bacon cheeseburger pizza based on photo and review. Delivery was fast. Pizza was not what I expected and looked totally different from the picture. Didn’t see any hamburger on the pizza at all. Nor any cheddar cheese either. The crust did not appear handmade and the sauce was a little acidic. After all the positive reviews I was a little surprised at what I received. Maybe they were having an off night? Not sure if I’ll ever try that again.

We stopped in on a Friday night and had a really nice dinner. The fried calamari came out piping hot and had great texture. The Greek salad had a very Olive Garden vibe but in a good way. We got both a lasagna lovers pizza and a bacon cheeseburger pizza and they were excellent. We liked them both but the ricotta in the lasagna pie was perfect

I wasn't sure how many stars to rate. The food was great, service was fine. However, the stupid sign about no guns allowed will keep me away (even though I rarely carry, and wasn't). The owner can decide how to run their business, and I'll decide where to spend my money. Too bad, because I would have liked to try other menu items.

Had a rough day stopped in and had a great dinner their fried ravioli and chicken pesto pizza hit the spot oh and the Waitress I think her name was Corinne she was absolutely amazing and very kind thank you for your wonderful service Will Definitely Be Back

Went tonight after the tree lighting. They were not prepared for the rush id suspect.Our waitress is usually great I don’t know her name but she has dark hair and glasses. She is always friendly and usually pretty quick.We ordered hot chocolate tonight but got Swiss miss in room temp water. Not great at all.We ordered a salad with out meal and asked for no onions or olives. It had extra olives, the part the really bothered me was that the waitress who brought it out (not our waitress) took it back after we pointed out the issue, seemed annoyed, went back to the kitchen, then 3-5 minutes later said “I got most of them out”. Now wait a second, instead of getting us a new salad we got a picked out one. That’s disgusting and completely wrong. Essence of olives makes me physically sick so I didn’t even touch the salad.Also the food came out at the same time as the salad so you had to rush through the salad to get to your main meal before it cold.Now for all the positives! The individual pizza was fantastic. Great taste and came out piping hot. The baked ziti was also fantastic. Large portion with amazing flavor. Definitely could have split it. The cannoli was great. Awesome shell and amazing cream inside.All that said we visit at least twice a month and have had great service, but usually get the same waitresses. It’s definitely worth a visit if you are in town.Hopefully they make a few minor changes and train the other waitress better. It’s way better than it was a couple years ago.

Struggled with a rating on this one. The food is good and the restaurant is clean and inviting. Smelled heavenly when walking in the door. I don't know if our waitress was just having a bad day or what. Not rude or anything, just spacey and like she could care less. Barely apologized when the pizza we ordered came the wrong size. She had even had come back to the table after we ordered to double check and it still came wrong. Had to ask about our appetizer since it didn't come before or with the pizza. We did get it, but no apologies there. This place could really be a gem if the service was better.
Extremely considerate service from our server Brooklyn. We were acknowledged right away, which I appreciate this day in age. Food was great and my husband, who is GF ,was very happy!!! Price was definitely reasonable too. Will be coming back!!!
