Took our daughter here for lunch since it was raining around the time and it has an indoor play house. It was also empty at the time. Food tasted old like always which is unfortunate ,but we went for our daughter to play. Tables in the play house were all dirty. Not a clean one at all. Trash everywhere. The floor has food stuck in them looks like for a long time. Looked like no one had cleaned it in a few days to be honest. Who knows the last time it was mopped.

I ordered my food @2:33pm I watched as everyone that ordered after me. Received their order. No one check to see if I ever receive my order after 37 minutes of waiting. I just asked for refund. I will never come here again. And do not recommend it

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER⊠How is this McDonaldâs still open & operating like this? When we arrived we were the only people in the lobby, and there were no visible cars in the drive thru. We ordered 3 burgers on the kiosks in the lobby and then proceeded to wait over 25 mins before asking why things were taking so long. When we asked the cashier about where our order was and why it had been over 25 mins, she walked away without a word and never came back. We waited 5 more minutes then had to yell to someone in back to issue us a refund since there was still no food and we refused to wait any longer. The manager then told a different girl to help us and when she refused the manager finally came over, took our receipt & delivered the refund without saying a single word or answering our questions. Our entire experience here not one person spoke to us. All the staff in the kitchen were running around like it was chaotic. No one will help you or look at you & how does âfast foodâ take more than 30 minutes?? Will never go to this place again. We had a much better experience at Culverâs down the road. #culverssavestheday
I ordered a delivery through DoorDash which was a 6 piece McNugget meal, and my drink I ordered with my meal was a large Dr.Pepper. I thought it was tea at first but then Iâm like âtea doesnât have bubblesâ, turns out it was just carbonated water with a little syrup in it. I posted a review to DoorDash but didnât save the pics. I understand yall are busy and donât have time to check the syrups, but if you get time please check them cause that was just disappointing. The order was placed 4/6/25 at 7:46pm.

The food tastes amazing they normally go pretty fast in the drive through sometimes it can take a minute though other wise it's a very nice place to eat at.

Today I went to Mc Donaldâs in Reedsburg, where Iâve currently lived for almost 10 years now. I realized that Mc Donaldâs isnât what it used to be⊠The food was fine, except for the fact that the burgers were messily put together and there was a bunch of ketchup that was splattered in the wrapper, which made it sticky. The service was absolutely awful, when we pulled up to the first window to pay and the young man who was there just told me my total and gave me back my card when I paid, he didnât even say âhave a good day!â or even anything. Then we were stuck at that window because the line was being held up, and the young man was just sitting there on his phone the whole time, not even doing his job⊠Then when we finally got to the second window to get our food, it took them 3-5 minutes to make 4 McdoublesâŠ.Fast food my ass⊠Then when we were given our food we werenât even given an apology, just our food and âHave a good day!â, Not to mention, 3 weeks ago I doordashed Mcdonaldâs at night, around 9-10 oâclock and when I got my burgers I opened them up and on the bottom there was a sticky, creamy, milky white substance splattered on the bottom of my burger bun⊠I was so disgusted I threw my meal awayâŠMcdonaldâs 5 years ago used to be friendly and hardworking, now all the people here care about is their paycheck and getting home.

Ordered food and ice coffee. Coffee is disgusting. Drove 8 miles to town to get this crap. And employee told me that it was me, not the coffee. No wonder they have 3.6 start rating.
