Had a very rude employee today he didn't catch his name but I had to walk away otherwise there would have been problems normally when I come to this restaurant I have to wait to speak to an employee this employee decided to go out of his way and be a smart-ass to me not happy! If I ever figure out who you are you'll be treated the same way as I was just treated you need to be fired!

Last night my girlfriend and I went to this McDonald’s around 6:30 PM. When we arrived, there were no cars in the drive-thru and only a small family of three ordering inside. My girlfriend ordered a McChicken and an ice cream cone. While waiting, the employees seemed more focused on chatting in the back, messing around with food, or preparing food for themselves than actually fulfilling orders. The ice cream had to be remade three times because the employee couldn’t keep it in the cone, and it took 10 minutes to get just those two items.
I had a separate order of a McChicken, small fries, a large Mocha Frappe, and an M&M McFlurry. We waited 25 minutes for my order while employees joked and laughed in the back, talking about everything from how it was sad that the ice cream machine was alone on Thanksgiving and that’s why it didn’t want to make any ice cream, to how they couldn’t stop talking about noticing a cat under their truck while on their break. When my McFlurry was finally made, it was thrown on the counter instead of being handed to me. The frappe was watered down, and the whipped cream had already melted by the time it was handed to us. It took another five minutes for someone to acknowledge that we were still waiting for our food.
Once we got home, my McChicken was a mess—lettuce falling everywhere, mayo overflowing, and the top bun wasn’t even on. The fries were soggy and under-salted.
The only redeeming part of this visit was the ice cream cone. Unfortunately, the disorganization and lack of attention to customers made this a very disappointing experience.

Purchased a quarter pounder today 11/14/25 Burger was not cooked. I called McDonald’s back to let them know that it was uncooked management seemed like they didn’t care and all they said was again. They wanted to give me another burger. I told him no not after that one and asked for chicken nuggets and the Lady manager seemed mad. I texted the owner with no reply not healthy when staff know that burgers are going out like this

Very strange. No English spoken here. Soda machine mix is way off, its expected that the food is going to be bad, but if the soda also sucks and no one speaks English, no thanks.

This location is absolutely horrible!!!! The night shift Cannot get an order out without waiting at least twenty five minutes.Even if they are not busy. This place needs new management asap
When we pulled up there wasn’t a line of cars we Ordered our food at 7:26 and did not get our food until 7:47. Went inside to try and talk to the manager “a lady with a black bun cover in her hair” she completely brushed me off and ignored me when I asked where my food was. Completely disrespectful to do that to someone. I’m not sure how you can have a car wait for 20 min at McDonalds

Waited 20 minutes for a double quarter pounder meal and a quarter pounder meal but for some reason after waiting that long the quarter pounder has cheese and a big blob of mayo for some reason that's it....someone needs training

Took our daughter here for lunch since it was raining around the time and it has an indoor play house. It was also empty at the time. Food tasted old like always which is unfortunate ,but we went for our daughter to play. Tables in the play house were all dirty. Not a clean one at all. Trash everywhere. The floor has food stuck in them looks like for a long time. Looked like no one had cleaned it in a few days to be honest. Who knows the last time it was mopped.
