There's signs always say open there's always vehicles there however they're never open, or their headsets don't work and they don't hear you in the drive-thru. They never have chicken or they're only serving tacos that day it's always something with this restaurant I feel bad for the employees because the owner clearly doesn't care .

Today, September 21, 2023. I called taco bell to complain. The worker guaranteed all was made fresh, our always favorites Mexican pizza and nacho bell grande were rancid, the oil needs changing and smelled rancid. The pizzas were drenched in red sauce and too hard old to even bite through. Was not cut through. The tacos hard shells were good for my parents. Wasted 51 dollars there. We will never return. We are locals.
Dinning area was very dirty every table was dirty and food on the floor. They wernt busy so not sure why dinning area wasn't being cleaned. Had some questions about how to do the self order kiosk and no one would help us, when I got our ordermy daughter went and ordered nachos and she was getting her drink when they were done the lady yelled the number and my daughter said ok ill be right their, the lady continued to yell the number w attitude looking right at my daughter. So I told her she will be right their the lady then slammed down the tray and walked away. The chips were stale and she's was cold and clumpy. My and my sons tacos were so full of grease thy were dripping. It was just a bad experience all around. We will not be returning.

If I could have the option of 0 stars for this place I absolutely would. They made us wait 10 minutes before they took our order and when my bf made a comment. In OUR OWN VEHICLE that we were about to leave and they were going to lose a sale then they decide were important enough. We get to the window and the lady starts YELLING at my bf cussing and swearing at us that if we don't like waiting we can leave. He said we waited 10 minutes before you even took our order and it's not like anybody was even here. She continued to yell at us even though we did nothing wrong but exercise our right of freedom of speech especially in our own vehicle. People can not talk to customers that way. How in the world is this okay to treat paying customers like complete garbage!!!! If this was a corporate taco bell our manager would fire us on the SPOT! A COMPLAINT WILL BE FILED FOLLOWING THIS REVIEW. completely disgusting behavior. It was a manager I'm assuming as the person on the speaker was a man. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a manager. DISGUSTING. AND ILL MAKE SURE TI TELL MY FAMILY IN REEDSBURG TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIFYING BEHAVIOR.

Horrific experience with food and service and I spoke to district manager and she said her boss won't make needed changes to make food service and food quality better,won't go back there again.

I was traveling through town, making the pickup off. Facebook marketplace wanted a quick place to eat. It wasn't that busy put. The staff was exceptionally nice, fast and the food was fresh and delicious. I hardly ever eat fast food unless I'm absolutely starving. But this place definitely would go to again.

This place isn’t getting any better from the first time it closed down. Workers sitting on the front counter (I can see them while pulling up to order food) This time there were hard little white things in my chicken quesadilla (possibly could just have been from the chicken in general just putting it out there) my boyfriend got the same and his was fine but we had the meal so we got a taco as well and it tasted as if the meat was bad.
