Guy at the drive through was super nice and definitely deserves a raise. However, the evil lady in the back who yelled at him for opening the window should probably be fired or talked to. She was super unnecessarily rude to him.
Placed a pickup order for a certain time and walked in one minute early to my order being packed, so it was perfectly on time and nice and hot. The women that packed the order (didn’t catch her name but believe she had purple hair) was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Had a great experience at this Arby's today! Someone in a tan truck ahead of me paid for my meal at the drive-thru, and I was happy to pay it forward for the person behind me. This act of kindness really made my day, and I hope the chain kept going.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We came through drive at 7 pm and the girl at drive treated us like an inconvenience at the speaker. Once we got to the window she was just standing there eating and after a few minutes she came to cash us out while still chewing food. The person I was with got a large combo meal and asked for a water with it and we got the smallest cup of water I've ever seen. We had to pull forward and wait for our food and once we got it, it was the wrong fries. Luckily the girl we talked to the second time around was very nice and friendly and quickly solved the problem. I'm 90% sure the first girl that we had the issues with was named Julie. Autumn was the one that fixed everything and had amazing customer service skills.

Just because I had a gun on my side. They said that as company policy that there is no weapons in their store unless you are military or police.I said well then, you should have a sign on your door if you do not want weapons in your establishment
