There a total rockstar🤩 I could order through store to late at night and they always pull through on there delivers, yes sometimes the food could be a bit over done. But I’ve never had it under done! Plus as someone who works in a kitchen I understand that not everything turns out perfect. Very friendly people and awesome mangers!!!

Ordered food lastnight around 10 pm. Called again at 11 and they kept telling me “oh yep going in the oven now” I know they were not that busy at 10 pm. Then proceeded to never bring my food. I want my money back and to speak to owner. I don’t know if it was Highschool kids messing around but not cool. Waste of $30.

I placed an order for buffalo chicken wings, but what I got was plain fried chicken. This is the second instance where they omitted the buffalo sauce. How is it possible that they made the same mistake twice? Is plain fried chicken even a menu option? I asked them to get it right and deliver it to me, but the manager wanted to charge me a delivery fee to fix their mistake.

This one is a hard one. We ordered two pizzas and two desserts. The service was great the people were so nice and friendly. The pizza wasn't a favorite but it wasn't bad either.
Charged twice for the same order. Call and nobody knows how to fix it and advise me to call my bank. How can a copy of my checking statement or viewing it on my bank app of back to back charges for the exact same amount not be sufficient? How can nobody know how to fix this? Why would I have to dispute it with my bank when it's clearly double charged.
I can only imagine the hoops you'd have to go through to get refunds in other situations. Customer service is lacking.

Ordered yesterday and the delivery driver was quick and nice. The food was horrible burnt and cold and I’m only 6 minutes away from dominoes. It was so bad I didn’t even eat a slice of it and will never order again from this location. Wasted 30$ on a medium pizza that was black on the bottom and barely cheese put on top. I know they knew because even the top of the pizza was burnt on the pizza sauce.

Every time I order from this Domino's, I've had eccentric service, 5 star orders, and fast bake times even at peak hours. These guys are great, friendly, and make a solid pizza. I order from the app every time and get exactly what I put in. It's not a great place to eat out cause it's a small area but they make a great pie.

This is the most amazing Domino’s location of all time. Customer service top tier, friendly and charismatic staff, and also amazing pizza and sides. I love this Domino’s in Rice Lake Wisconsin and come back once every year even though it is two hours away from my humble abode. No other Domino’s or pizza establishment even compares.
Used the app to order, I don’t like to keep money on my card due to hackers and thieves and such. They no longer accommodate cash deliveries. Good luck if you don’t want to do pick up with kids, you know the in and out, in and out, in and out, who wants to put up with that in and out and in and out and in and out
