I asked for a caramel crème frozen coffee, which has whip cream and caramel drizzle around the cup and on the whip. My came with no whip or drizzle. The order slip also says whip on it, which should have made it obvious that there is whip crème on it. I also asked if they had bagels, they said yes and I told them I wanted strawberry and they said they would. Turns out after they already baked it they didn’t have strawberry and only had plain left when she had asked someone before if they had strawberry. I would love for you to know I will not be ordering from here again, but basken robins is delicious!

Every time I have come in here, the service has been horrible. I am not here to be a Karen, but when each person that works here acts like a customer is an inconvenience it’s upsetting. I have not had a good experience but I have given it a chance each time, thinking maybe it would be different, but it’s not. It’s rather disappointing because the food is good, but when taking a selfie or sitting in the back taking crap about the customer is more important, the business suffers.

Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes for three drinks. The employees messed up two of the drink orders. They didn’t know what drink went with what order. Handed us a drink that they already gave us. While also trying to give us a drink that we didn’t order. I was also handed a black coffee when I ordered a large toasted almond coffee. I had to go to Kwik trip and get creamer because the black coffee was so undrinkable by itself.

I usually like most Dunkins. That being said, the coffee was bitter and gross. The food was nasty. We got the egg bites, chorizo wrap, loaded hashbrowns, and apple cider doughnut.The cheese sauce on the loaded hashbrowns was extremely salty. The chorizo wrap was ok, but the cheese was all packed into one area. The egg bites were so bland. Last but not least, the doughnut was super cold. I was really disappointed. We tried to ask the worker a question about the food at the window and got an attitude. We told her, "Have a nice day." and she whipped the window open and said,"Here." Slamming the window shut. I try to give everyone a chance. I realize sometimes workers get tired, or overworked, or over stressed, but it was really uncomfortable. I don't usually write 1 star reviews. I don't want to shame a company, but it was really uncomfortable hearing the 2 workers arguing so loudly. I was just disappointed, and normally, I will give a place a second try. This time, no. We will not be going back. I hate writing negative reviews, but overall, it was a not so great experience.

Ordered at microphone and the barista took my order but rang up the wrong drink. After I told her I wanted something else, she forgot to put marshmallow coldfoam instead she put regular coldfoam. I didn’t notice til I got to the window, so while I paid I just wanted to check with the cashier. She was nice and accommodating, however the other barista was unfriendly and told me to order the correct coldfoam right away because they can’t change it. I told her that it was fine to leave it then but she said that they weren’t done with it anyways. I don’t understand why she had to have an attitude with me when I already ordered the correct thing and it was the baristas mistake (which is totally fine, the problem isn’t that she rang it up wrong, it was the attitude that I received when double checking my order). Then after waiting for our drinks to be finished up at the next window. The barista handed us our drinks with coldfoam and chai all over the cups. Before I could even ask for a straw or anything she slammed the window in our face. All the barista said was “here are your drinks” and shut the door. Overall, the experience was unfriendly and could have had better customer service.
Very friendly staff! Drinks we had were made accurate. Got out in a reasonable amount of time (they're newly opened, so they took a little time). Had a mistake happen and they fixed it without any issue (honest and easy fix). Definitely would recommend!
