The place was running well for a while but it seems like over the last year it's just gone downhill and I haven't gone there since because of people that work there and Doug is one of them I will never go there as long as he's there. GET RID OF DOUG. He gave my 15-year-old daughter the creeps

I got my sandwich just as I ordered it, and in a timeless fashion, I guess they really are freaky fast. The employees were very friendly and made the ordering process seamless. Great place, will visit again!

I just ate a sandwich from Jimmy John's, I wasn't aware that they were making sandwiches with sandwich bread. I love peppers, which was the only thing I recall that was on the sandwich. I think it was tuna, lettuce, and some kind of sauce. It was good. Soggy, but good. Just so you're aware:) I know you're dealing drugs out your restaurant:) You'll never kill me, because Jesus The Nazarene Christ will rise me, over and over, again:) 3:10 pm Sunday June 30, 2024.

Health department needs to shut this place down . Dirty disgusting place.I got the tuna sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting!!!! Very dangerous to eat tuna with mayo when it's obviously spoiled from age. Be careful folks.

The food is good. The in store service is great. There is absolutely nothing fast about their delivery. I basically live less than a half block away from this location and it takes an average of a half hour delivery on those lazy days.

Love the sandwiches.Often the soda at this location tastes like the ice maker needs to be cleaned or something kind of moldy?Staff struggles with service speed and keeping the inside clean as well as sometimes basic customer service skills. An exception is delivery, it is freaky fast as advertised. This is like the only restaurant you can order food from for delivery and get it faster than just driving to the store and getting it yourself. They generally have plenty of staff, but it kind of seems like no one is managing or running the place.
