Worst KFC. Sometimes not open, or don't take cash, or they're out of alot of stuff. No ice. Love the food, but need to call before hand to make sure they are open and have what you want.

They always mess up our orders and today they were closed unexpectedly and we made a mobile order. A paper sign on the window was all they did instead of going online and putting that they weren’t open. Ridiculous.

I understand that they are under staffed but we sat at the drive through for about 10 minutes at about 11am. When we left there was an employee standing by the windows on there phone. Very unimpressed.

Website says open until 8 but they clean up and close at 5pm. It looks open, but all doors are locked and it is closed.
Unlike other KFCs I've been too the quality was definitely there, it wasn't your normal out of the box thrown in a deep fryer type chicken like the place in North Branch where the kids couldn't even get the whole chicken battered. The chicken was tender, and juicy, but smaller than average (I'm sure that happened during the COVID pandemic) and the prices have gone crazy. KFC use to be one of my favorite spots, but I'm giving it a 4 star experience because the prices (I know the store can't help it) and they don't offer the potato wedges anymore as of how many years ago now. (Also something I know they can't help) But I'm still salty as he** they replace the wedges with those absolutely ridiculous seasoned fries that you can literally get anywhere else.

This location is getting worse and worse it was 730 I order a number 7 got to window because it was close to closing that's an hour away they had no mashed potatoes changes my order to different one and no drink was included and only took off price or potatoes won't be going back
