This location is getting worse and worse it was 730 I order a number 7 got to window because it was close to closing that's an hour away they had no mashed potatoes changes my order to different one and no drink was included and only took off price or potatoes won't be going back

Stopped in 15 minutes to closing for dinner and didn't receive half of the food we paid for. The lobby was locked so we went through the drive thru and was told they were closed, they threw the chicken out and couldn't help us. When we went to eat our chicken sandwiches they were barely warm. I understand we stopped in close to closing but we should have still been served fresh food or been refunded for what was not given to us.

I ordered online and went to pick up in drive thru and they closed way before the hours it displays I aksed the gentleman at the window in the drive thru and he was very rude and disrespectful. Talked very loudly they are closed there is nothing he can do. Call customer service and slammed the window

We usually do drive through for KFC. They do have a dinning room. It could be cleaner then it is, but it's not nasty. The drive thru is fast and friendly. Staff and most of the time very nice. When we travel to rice lake KFC is a favorite for our family. The coleslaw is a fan favorite in our family.

Mashed potatoes, gravy coleslaw great. But our chicken was not, we got two family buckets to go only took 15 min to get home. It was like they heated up yesterday's chicken, some was crispy but most was not, the chicken tenders were not extra crispy at all. French fries were okay. Had this same meal down in Baraboo couple weeks ago and it was awesome. For the price I was truly disappointed at Rice Lake.

Very disappointed the last couple times I went here. There used to be good service here though the dining area was usually dirty I’d over look it for good service and hot food. The last couple times I went the service was poor and they forgot part of my order. Today when I went they told me 3 minutes pull ahead (even though I was the only car in the drive through) after over 20 minutes I still hadn’t gotten my food so I pulled around and they had forgotten about me. Meanwhile 3 employees are having a break outside. They gave me a free fry and I laughed it off. I leave to find out they didn’t pack my sauces, or any silverware or napkins so I wasn’t able to eat my food like mashed potatoes or coleslaw until I drove somewhere else to get silverware. After over 20 minutes you really couldn’t take 5 seconds to give me my sauce and spoon?
