Place is a hit and miss and depends which workers are in. Placed a mobile order and estimated wait time was 5mins, ended up waiting 30mins for a fairly small order. And no, they weren't busy. Food was hot and decent. Definitely just "thrown" together. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry.

There's a deal on "Hot Wings". Turns out it's no deal. The wings are incredibly spicy and taste old. My brother and I both had issues as far as passing them the next day.

Ordered and waited a long time, went to find out what happened to our meal and was told they put it in the online order pick up warmer. Someone else must have taken it, they gladly made us a replacement order, was disappointed with the time it took to get one order. Next time don't put to go in online pick up areas.
Updating my review since it is 4 years old. I will still be keeping it at 3 stars since it is a hit or miss going here.I guess the experience that sticks out to me the most is a few months ago is when I ordered a pot pie (my favorite thing from here). We ordered in the drive thru and when we got to the window we got our drinks (also I believe most of our food) and paid.We were told the pot pie would be 10 to 15 mins and if that was okay or not. We said that’s fine and were told to pull to the front of the store and it would be brought out. The pot pies have taken longer to cook before, so this wasn’t a new thing for me. So it was fine. However, 20 minutes go by of waiting and there was still nothing. Finally it was hitting the half hour mark so I went in and asked where the pot pie was as we have been waiting for almost 30 mins. The guy at the counter was very nice and apologized. He got the pot pie and even gave us a cake and 2 more free drinks. Although he made things right in the end, it sucks that the order was just forgotten. I also recall it not being extremely busy either. They were sending cars on their way super quick and keeping up with everyone. I haven’t really gone here since but maybe I will in the future.

It doesn't matter what time of day it is or if you had it yesterday, KFC will always hit the spot. It's really nice to be able to order ahead and the food is always warm and fresh. They personally are the best fries I have ever had and they have great deals depending on what you want. I strongly recommend it and once you have it you'll totally understand.
