All of our food came out promptly and piping hot! We ordered at the kiosk, but I noticed the staff being very helpful and courteous to an older gentleman with a lot of questions. The restrooms were exceptionally clean. And to think that we almost didn't stop because of the low star rating!

Ordered a sandwich and coffee got to my vehicle opened the box that the sandwich was in one tomato wasn’t on the sandwich it was standing up on edge in the box and the lettuce was just thrown in the box hardly any was on the sandwich WILL NEVER GO BACK

Just went to the drive up. It's McDonald's food. The burger was dry. The little bit ketchup that was on it was all over the paper.. Definitely could have some improvements..

They were all talking in there doing basically nothing but talking, The first person eho took the money had a frown and looked angry.Than when my food came out she said the cone wasnt that good and than just gave me food.

Do not come here I repeat DO NOT COME HERE WHATSOEVER. The service here is absolutely ridiculous and appalling. The attitude of the workers is just straight up disgraceful.
Waited for 10 minutes to get somebody's attention just to take my order. Then we're treated like I was an inconvenience for trying to have somebody take my order. The customer service is just downright disgraceful. You have seven or eight employees just nonchalantly walking around while not even paying attention to the customers. One gentleman was sweeping the pores and staring at me not saying anything to any of the other employees that there was a customer waiting to have their order taken. I Just simply avoid this place.

Worst experience I’ve had in a lonnnnng time. I went last night with my son to let him use his gift card he got for Xmas. The girl said it wouldn’t swipe so she couldn’t use it. I told her she should be able to type in the gift card #’s/or pin instead. She still said she couldn’t do it. So I asked if a manager could instead. “Manager” came over & tried to swipe it again & said they couldn’t type it in there. Which I know is bullshit. You can always find a way to use a gift card. I’ve had many retail/food service jobs in my life and there’s always a way. But they just didn’t even try. Just a bunch of young kids trying to play management which is just a joke. If you can’t train your employees properly then don’t let them run it. Such a joke. Never felt more disrespected in a long ass time. These are the kind of people that give McDonald’s a bad name. Way to go👍

Halfway thru our meal the manager ( lady/girl?) started shouting at the top of her lungs . She was sitting on the floor behind the cash register?? Why? She had a clip board in her hands . All I can say is it was so unpleasant with her booming voice, and she needs to be aware of what she does in front of a dining room with people eating. Duh..If this is what management does YIKES! SHAME on you young lady for not having ANY COMMON SENSE.
