Everytime we go here my fiance and I usually get good pizza but the last 2 times we've gotten pizza that isn't done and when we asked for more minutes on the pizza they came back within a minute and it wasn't right still! The dough is raw and not done and it's disgusting! Why should we pay for pizza that's not done?

I have been a longtime customer, but have recently scaled back due to quality. I thought I’d give them another try tonight, but it was the worst experience yet. If the pan style dough being downsized due to shrink flation wasn’t enough (I’d been noticing this recently with my past couple of visits) the hair baked into my breadsticks was my last straw. It happens I get it, but that along with quality recently is too much for me to ever go back. Posting photos for reference…pan style should be thicker than straw imo. 🤷🏻♀️

Food is fine but the service is not. I only do take out due to the service and that is worse. I have sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes without being served. Guy was right there and would not even look at me.

I went with a large group for a family celebration. The waitress was super nice and patient with us! The only complaint from me (and the rest of my group) was the temperature inside. We were all freezing to the point of being quite uncomfortable. So maybe bring an extra layer with to wear while dining in.

There was only one waitress and the place was incredibly busy! She was amazing and even though crazy busy we were always checked on! Good was awesome as always!🍕

It's pizza hut...the food wont wow you but it wont kill you either...well, maybe it will with all that grease, cholesterol, fat, etc. But hey, you only live once. Key word is moderation.
Waited for over 45 minutes for a medium pepperoni pizza in person, I called in the pizza 30 minutes. Only to be lied too and jerked around the whole time. At the end of my experience I asked for a refund and was sent away hungry. The lobby was half full.

We got seated right away. BUT we waited 15 minutes and still didn't get our drink order in, so we got up and left. Have to say they were not very busy ( short staffed maybe) we will never go back.
