Waited for over 45 minutes for a medium pepperoni pizza in person, I called in the pizza 30 minutes. Only to be lied too and jerked around the whole time. At the end of my experience I asked for a refund and was sent away hungry. The lobby was half full.

We got seated right away. BUT we waited 15 minutes and still didn't get our drink order in, so we got up and left. Have to say they were not very busy ( short staffed maybe) we will never go back.

The bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were good but the pizza was barely topped with cheese or pepperoni. We got the box which includes the rectangle pizza. The crust was so thick that it just tasted like bread with sauce on it. The waitress wasn't rude but didn't come around often. Also, I was there with my two young kids. She brought the bread sticks quickly but brought the cinnamon sticks only minutes later, way before the pizza, "so they wouldn't get cold." I asked her to take them back as it would be too tempting for my children and they would get cold sitting on the table. She said, in a testy tone, that she would go put them somewhere to keep them warm. Wait, why not do that before? I love the retro atmosphere, though!

Hi there, we stopped in on Saturday, June 1st to sit down for lunch and get our favorite taco pizza. We were seated by one person, and then another whisked by to say she'd be right with us. We sat for 12 minutes more without any further contact (a total of about 15 minutes). There was only two other tables occupied in the restaurant. For quite a while, there was a guy waiting at the register to pay for his meal. We figured the rest of the visit would be like this. So, unfortunately we got up and left to find food elsewhere. I hate doing that, but hopefully it will be better the next time we come through town. It did look understaffed, but then they should shut down the inside seating area if the focus is on the drive thru.

After being to multiple Pizza huts within the past year Forest lake, Pine City, and multiple other locations, I would say this one is the best one I've been too. I'm a huge fanatic about the big breadsticks soft middle, and crunchy outside.. the other ones seem to lack that, and the other stores ones were tiny, with only the option of bottled pop. This is what Pizza Hut use to be. It's hard to really go into depth when everything was just as it should be.
Me and my family went there a little after 1 pm waited about 15 minutes before we got served but once we did the waitress was very polite and always friendly good

I tried to call them for 18 min to cancel my order yes it’s my fault for doing the wrong address but the app did it on it own and it was like the 4th time I called they answered and I told them I want to cancel my order cause I had the wrong store and they said well the foods ready and I told them I’m not going come pick it up cause I’m in Chippewa maybe answer your phone when I want to cancel

So today I placed an online order for:1 Big Dinner Box Garlic Parmesan with Garlic Parmesan, 126 cal/wing1 Single Oven Baked Cheese Alf w Sticks, 880 cal/pan1 Single Oven Baked Meaty w Sticks, 860 cal/ pan1 Order Breadsticks, 137 cal/stick2 Order Marinara, 45 cal/dip1 Big Dinner Box Pan-style Pepperoni Lover's® with Pepperoni, Classic Marinara, 300 cal/slice1 Big Dinner Box Pan-style Create Your Own with Green Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Pineapple, Classic Marinara, 290 cal/ sliceAfter getting our food and driving back to Chetek (20minutes) we found that they did not give us any of the 2 orders of breadsticks for the pasta bowls. We attempted to call them and were transferred to the store but they would pick up the phone and hang up immediately. This happened 6 times. Finally decided to drive another 20 minutes up there to pick them up. Waited another 10 minutes for them in the drive up. And proceeded to drive another 20 minutes back home. The service could not be worse, from not being able to read an order properly, to hanging up on customers 6 times in a row. Plus the dine in was not busy as when we drove back the parking lot only had 1 car. Completely ridiculous service.
