Me and my friend got Starbucks from here today and was served drinks that were not mixed properly and didn’t taste good at all was a waste of money.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Went in today for the first time in a while. Behind the counter was absolutely disgusting. Ice, water and other things all over the floor. Serving counter was a mess. Prep counter was full of water, ice, milk, fruit and other liquids. What made it even worse was, they would fill, or prep, cups in that filth and serve it to customers without cleaning off the bottom of the cups. Very gross!!!

The matcha I ordered was not mixed well at all. Major chunks in it. I ended up throwing it out because I couldn't go back at the time. I wanted a drink not a gross breakfast.

Unfortunately heard about racist actions taken against a Mexican American woman and I’m sad but not shocked. Please I beg you all to go to an independent cafe! There’s an amazing one in the mall called Cafe Claudette! Cabin coffee also shares similar morales and are anti LGBTQIA, same with Badger Brew. The women who owns the cafe in the mall gave the woman this happened to free drinks for her and her family.

I heard what someone did with a recent “drawing”. I used to come in regularly but will NEVER return. Unacceptable. Will be sharing this “photo” with everyone I know. This Starbucks is always out of my favorite drinks anyway. They never have what I want. Always get the order wrong too.
