Absolutely horrible service. Their hours say they open at 7am on their door and we arrived at 10am and were told they aren’t open or serving people until a second staff member gets there. We asked when that was and she shrugged. Prior to this, we went to the Main Street location in rice lake and their door was locked and we didn’t see any staff even though lights were on and the sign on the door said they opened at 7am. Subway is not on my priority list of places to go waste any more time.

Subway in 27th Avenue W in Duluth., MN My order was a 12 inch Turkey sub. Very tasty. Staff was friendly. One staff member was cleaning the floor keeping the place tidy.

I've given them 3 chances to get my order right. Jokes on me. This location and the one on main street are completely inept. How hard is it to read an online order? Start hiring people who can read an order and are able to fulfill it. And the owner is a liar as well. Save your money or go to Jimmy Johns

Great Subway bread fast efficient exactly what you want from the subway. The bathroom is clean and everything was very nice. Do the people behind the counter had a smile on and made it very enjoyable experience all around.
