Every single time I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell they have messed up my order, and when I called and talked to the general manager, I got hung up on told to contact the app and there’s nothing they can do about it. All I gotta say is I know many people that say the same exact thing that it’s the most rundown unpredictable Taco Bell around Very dissatisfied with my experience and also very dissatisfied that I got hung up on and had to call 16 times for them to pick up and left a message.

I don't know how a place that has as long or longer wait time than McDonald's when you are all alone the drive throu continuously makes mistakes every time I order. I know this review may make me sound like an impatient person but believe me I have no problem waiting. But when I wait 10 minutes to get my supreme tacos no lettuce I'd say out of a dozen times I've been there only 3 times did they actually have the sour cream and tomatoes. And I use the online ordering and place the order 5-10 minutes before I get there so in reality they have 20 minutes to make sure my simple order is done right and it almost never is. It just feels like it has to be intentional to scam customers out of a couple bucks because the only other explanation is these people are so dimwitted and if that is the case it's an absolutely terrifying thought that they can drive, vote, and have kids.

This location used to be so good. Now they are extremely slow and apparently have no idea how to make the taco bell food. Recently, the food has been missing ingredients, cold, and has had all the ingredients dumped out. Not to mention the soda machine clearly needs to be cleaned, the soda tastes horrible most of the time.
Great food but totally unorganized chaos with the staff. Lack of common sense as well.

Was left at speaker for 15 -30 minutes before my order was took. Once at window the worker was rude. Ask for mild sauce she grab a handful drop it in my hand they went every were. And slam the window on us. Not very good customer service. No apologies no thank you no nothing.

Pathetic!! They ran out of rice at 1pm and they barely even put beans or beef on there too. Very pathetic burritos and tacos. They were still taking orders and then after a few minutes after they purchased items , they were told they don't have rice. Smh!! No apologies or anything. Need more workers and definitely needs a cleaning. Very unsatisfied.
Went in at around 12am. On Google it says the restaurant was still open, I walked inside the lobby. The man who greeted me was surprised and said “you can’t legally be inside here.” So I said, “can I order through your drive through?” To which he responded, “no, it’s a liability, you’ll need to DoorDash if you want food.” So I walk a mile back to my hotel and place a DoorDash order, only to find out this specific Taco Bell charges $0.44 more per taco via DoorDash and the deceptively remove proteins as the default option so I ended up with tacos with NO MEAT.
