Gross, do some cleaning, everywhere, filthy restaurant. And don't wear a food smeared t-shirt rag with holes in it. I about hurled when I used the restroom. Looked like someone had an explosion at the toilet instead of in it, no joke. Good thing I didn't have to use it.
They had another customer walk out with a refund due to stale shells. Appetite lost.
Previously I've had little to none meat portion. 3-4 tiny little steak morsel is ridiculous. This location needs serious help and no taco bell for this guy now for a while.

The absolutely slowest drive through I’ve ever been through. This is happened the last several times I’ve been to this location. I order my food online 5-10 minutes before I ever get there so I can get my food and go. Every time, I’m waiting in line for 30-40+ minutes.

Everytime ive been here the service has been great. However today it felt like I was an inconvenience. The lady at the DT with the snake bites and angel bites didnt even look me in the eye or say hello or anything. She just seemed annoyed. It was really disrespectful. I get that you may be having a rough day but you dont need to make it someone else's problem..

ordered a nacho cheese doritos crunch. substituted the seasoned beef for steak which is a up charge. I HAD 3 DECENT SIZED PIECES OF STEAKS AND THE REST WAS SMALL!! WHY!? i paid extra for the steak!!!! GIVE ME MY STEAK!!

Bought 2 chicken cantina tacos,I mex pizza & a supreme wrap! Mex pizza was a big sloppy mess, supreme wrap was basically meatless....asked for lots of hot sauce and got 2 packs!! Seriously ridiculous, considering the place was dead as a door nail....nobody there! Jus reminds me if why I don't eat this crap, I jus happen to get back to town after a long drive! Show some dang pride in ur food, looks opposite of ur freaking commercials, 💯💯💯💯💯!!!!!! Jus Nasty and I feel ripped off!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬

Service is pretty bad most days store is dirty. Super slow to get the food and they often run out of lettuce and other food items. Most of the time you can count on your order being wrong and if its right its usually not very good. The prices are ridiculous for the food and quality of service. I did try this new apple thing. It was hard and tasted like a pop tart without frosting. For the price of it i could have gotten several McDonald's apple pies and been just as disappointed. We honestly only go here if drinking has been involved.

So I would order online like and he and half before they close or earlier, it would be revived and I would never get that order. Lastnight I called about it and they said they had it and hung up, I only got a notification about it being cancelled. They also will have online things that aren’t available to the store. Me and my boyfriend also ordered Taco Bell today, they failed to bring two items, one drink and then a Carmel apple empanada. Overall just a bad experience with this store, honestly making me not want to order from taco bell again.
