Earlier today, I visited through the drive-thru. Not only was the wait time horrendous, but the employee that took our order, she was rude, n cut me off multiple times. When we got to the drive-thru window to pay...said employee seemed to be the same one that took our order....At least from the sound of her voice and huge attitude. I would have absolutely been able to overlook the entire encounter if after we had received our order, however if we weren't completely appalled by the terribly pungent cat pee oder that we smelled as we were handed our order.... it was the most disgusting smell that had mixed w/ the taco bell aroma, I will never eat at taco bell ever again. The employee had blue hair.... didn't catch her name! I can only hope that management will take the initiative toaddress this issue moving fwd. Thank you!!!

Worst taco Bell ever. They are always out of everything and don't tell you till your at the window. sorry we did not have this, so we tossed that in for you. Well, I did not want that, or I would have ordered it. There is no filling in the tacos. Like 10 crumbles of meat half the shell is empty.

I had the new enchilada combo meal with a double layer taco, chalupa, chips and cheese and the enchilada burrito and a drink under 10 and filling.Rice Lake Wi. Only neg is the lobby is Taco Bell..

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes and the line never moved so I went inside and there were a couple people inside said they had been waiting for their food for a while and were ready to leave. So I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there. So I left, would not recommend this place when there are plenty of other places to eat.
The women at the window couldn’t get her lazy up and check what drinks they had at the fountain so she sat there naming drinks they didn’t even have! Will not be going

if i could give negative stars i would... the people were rude and didnt want to help us we ordered our stuff got our drinks then sat down and 25 min or so they came out and asked us what we ordered cause they lost it so we told them waited another 10 mins food came out and we still didnt get what we ordered finally we just left. i do not recommend this place!
