Super unhappy. Ordered $33 worth of food. Person working drive thru did not know what he was doing. Half the food was missing when we arrived home to eat. Called and left voice mail at restaurant and have not had a call back. $15 worth of food not placed in bag. It's sad that you have to hold up the drive thru line nowadays to check to see if you received all of your food you paid for. Sadly people can't count or read screens to get your order right anymore. Super disappointed in Taco Johns, guess we will be going to Taco Bell now.
Updating my review. We arrived home finally, and because we waited so long none of the food was even warm it was cold. The tacos were soggy and one of the things we ordered was wrong and my husband had to go back. I'm not happy in the slightest!
We ordered online, and ended up waiting an extra 30 mins after we were told it would be done. Instead of preparing the food the employees were throwing towels at each other and laughing. Very unprofessional. But we love this place, just not thrilled about today's experience.

I can't speak on the service or atmosphere, because I ordered DoorDash.
I had the beef burrito with a side of refried beans with added cheese.
Lets start with the good, the refried beans were nice and creamy. Mixed with a flavorful red sauce and melty cheese? These were fantastic.
The Burrito on the other hand, was this sad, smooshed little thing.
The tortilla was nice, not soggy and well put together meaning no mess as I was eating it. However, looking back that might also be due to the lack of...well...much of anything in the way of ingredients in the burrito. I understand, restaurants operate on a razor thin margin and things aren't cheap now a days, but I almost feel robbed eating this burrito. Barely any meat, I had to look hard to see any cheese. I suppose what was in there was pretty good, though. Not greasy or slimy, and what little cheese was in there was melted.
Overall? It was meh. I suppose if you need a quick, cheap bite and tacos are your thing than this will do until you can grab something better, later. Maybe I'll try something different from the menu next time around and see if it's any better.
