We were seated and forgotten... when we did finally get our order nobody ever came back to ask how we were doing or how was the food. I don't recommend eating dinner here.

Great place to stop and have a relaxing dinner. My husband fell I love with the chicken and ribs, my son had the chicken Alfredo and my daughter had a burger. My favorite was the spinach and artichoke dip! So flavorful! My husband won’t stop talking about the chicken and ribs. I overheard someone tell the server that they had the best prime rib they had ever had when we were there. The restaurant is family friendly, and the owners are always present which makes you feel good about being there. I’d much rather patronize a locally owned business than a corporation.

Horrible experience and food. If i could give 0 stars I would. Here was our Friday night dining experience: Seated relatively quickly. Waitress came to take drink order and gave answers to menu. Did not give a chance to order an appetizer before walking away. Once placed the order had some mediocre soup from the salad bar (the only good thing I can say is that it was hot). Appetizer (duck wontons - looked good but just cream cheese in a wonton wrapper... good luck finding any duck) came out and the waitress forgot the plates and extra napkins that we asked for when ordering drinks. She said that she would be right back and when she returned with the plates she had our food order. They have prime rib daily so we split that with au gratin potatoes. Asked for well done (expected a little pink) and it was medium rare at best. Au gratin potatoes were just Obrien hashbrowns with cheese... no flavor. Very disappointed. Waitress finally came back and we asked for the check. She asked if we wanted a to go box, no thank you. She asked what was wrong and when we expressed our disappointment she agreed that the prime rib was not well done. She offered to get the manager and said that they should be able to help. The manager came up to the table and asked what was wrong. We explained and the response was that they could cook the prime rib longer. We declined and said that we just wanted to leave. She took our check and my card. She came back and had charged us full price for everything. She said "I guess that's what happens when you try somewhere new. Have you ever eaten here before?" We both answered "Yes. Many times in the past". The manager asked what was different and we told her the food. So we paid almost $50 for a mountain dew, a water, 1 1/2 wontons, 4 bites of prime rib and 3 bites of potatoes. Ended up going to Burger King for dinner. We will not be returning. A good manager would have apologized and offered a discount...

We went on a Friday night for fish special. We were first placed at a table that was taken by a couple that was up at salad bar so we needed to wait at the bar until a table was open. The staff were all fairly new and rather laidback, however it was a bar / restaurant. Even while we were sitting at the bar, the bartender ignored us and didn’t ask if we wanted a drink while we waited- poor business. They had a nice small salad bar which was good, they are hard to find anymore. I did suggest they got tongs for the bread verses people handling the buns but nothing changed. The fish was OK, under seasoned but cooked good. Overall- average

We (4) were in our way back from fishing in Canada. We wanted steak and chicken, not fish. Noticed that they had broasted chicken and prime rib. That’s what we wanted. Our waitress was very new. She was a bit overwhelmed. I was impressed with the entire team of staff helping out, grabbing drinks, delivering food, whatever. Our waitress was very sweet and trying really hard. Between genuine effort and teamwork, the service wasn’t perfect, but we appreciated the whole experience. Food was great. Prime rib was lean and tender, chicken was great. A REAL salad bar!!! For real, thought they were extinct. We will stop again the next time trough. Prices were very reasonable and food was really good.

The Inn was able to seat all 7 of us on short notice and it was a lovely place. Overall, the food was good (soup was too thck and cold), and I was given a big ice cream drink as a bd surprise.

We enjoyed a positive experience at the Country Inn. The menu is wide-ranging with price points for everyone, good food and a friendly staff.
