Food and drinks are way too expensive.
Menu items my wife and I tried (3) were small and average, nothing special.
The fresh loaves of bread are a different story... excellent, and not really too expensive, not inexpensive, but considering the quality, worth it.
We wouldn't eat there again but we will be stopping in to buy more loaves of bread!
Service was good and friendly but maybe a little too inattentive on the drinks.

The definition of a bakery is a place where bread and cakes are made or sold. Yes It’s a bakery. But wait until you try the products that are being sold. Anyone can open a bakery, does that mean they should??? The sandwiches have almost nothing on them, but yet they’re over $10!! How can anyone stay in business that long? I don’t believe they understand the concept of “Quality”.

Love everything about this place! Not only is it beautiful to look at, the food is amazing! In the five years it's been open they have done so much to make downtown a place to be, so thank you for that!The menu truly has something for everyone, whether because of dietary restrictions, or just want something that you won't find anywhere else in Rice Lake. Generous portions too!

Chicken salad was great. I didn’t care much for the cranberry bread it was on and should’ve ordered just the salad. But everyone I know loves that bread. The service was great and they were very friendly. Quaint surroundings and very comfortable.

Three strikes and you're out!!!Went with 2 out of town guest to lunch today 7/6/22 because they saw your sign & wanted to try it out..even thought my 1st two visits weren't very impressive, I held back my opinion and went along. One ordered the Steak & Madh which was, and looked over cooked & completely dried out, plus the potatoes were almost cold., The other had the chicken sandwich with the "fresh baked bread" which was so dry it just crumbled apart in hand..so ended up just eating the 1/4 cup chicken spread & chips that came with it! Both were very disappointed (especially send that much) and I felt bad because I didn't speak up in the first place. My previous experience with the Cuban Sandwich was the same as the steak..very driedout.

Great place for our wedding event tasting! Jane and Janae hosted an awesome event with a ton of food and desserts! Would highly recommend trying her made-from-scratch dishes for your wedding day.

The quiche was very good. But a little pricey!! Will go back just to buy the baked goods!!!!
