I worked in River Falls, Wi as a service technician. No matter your experience or schooling, you start out at $22 an hour. Since I started in 2023, 3 service technicians either quit or got fired. They promise you coca-cola freestyle training but never come through. You’ll be on call but it’s not worth it! You only get paid your hourly wage and $30 per call. There’s no company provided swag, you have to pay for all your Coca-Cola swag. If you apply for service technician expect no paid training, it’s all learn on the job. Their senior tech quit so you can’t ask him. Not a very accommodating company to work for. If you have an appointment they make you work later to make up your hours. There’s no overtime unless you’re on call. If you’re over on hours, they make you leave early on Friday to make sure you’re not over 40 hours. You get a company provided cell phone and truck. You get a discount on product. Make sure you save your receipts especially when buying mixed products. Don’t trust anyone that works there as no one is your friends! The president of the company doesn’t care about the company as he doesn’t visit the 12 branches to show his face. Been there 2 years and never meet the man. Viking Coca-Cola is a toxic work environment. The leaders do not give you positive feedback. They only tell you what you’re doing wrong and never give you positive feedback or ways of doing your job better. Don’t waste your time with this company. They have high employee turnovers, unclear expectations on how you’re supposed to do your job, there’s no opportunity to grow within the company. Meaning that they do not invest in you! They do not offer any schooling reimbursement as they don’t want you to be efficient at your job. There’s no employee recognition within the service/installtion department. Achievements go unnoticed and feedback is rare, you’re rarely acknowledged for your work or you get harsh criticism. There’s poor communication within the service department. I have sent numerous emails, text messages and left voicemails to never get a response back. There’s no opportunity to give feedback to anyone as they don’t care. There’s weak leadership as they have a weak vision and empathy for their technicians. There’s a lack of accountability especially at the top. You do not get insurance until after your first year. Don’t trust Jake Johnson or Paul the warehouse tenant. They say that product is free then stab you in the back saying you “stole” product then turn you in for stealing product. Even though they said that you could have it.

Great people clean place
Nice place. Friendly people. Like working with them
Attention Truckers: I delivered here once and my experience was somewhat mixed. I checked in with a very overweight old man riding around in a fork truck. He assigned me a door on the north side of the building. Than he comes out and says to me one of the products fell off the pallet and tried to blame it on me and insisted that I pick it up for him. I than told him I'm not authorized to touch the product and I'm only responsible to get the product here safely and I told him I'll contact my broker and have them solve this. He also tried to blame me for the load not arriving yesterday as scheduled and I told him that's not my problem because my dispatcher got this load from the loadboard. He than walked away refusing to finish unloading me. I told my broker and dispatcher about this and they said they'd take care of it. Hours later a different receiver finishes unloading me, hands me my BOL's and I'm done. Overall the facility itself is small and has an dirt/gravel driveway which could me a minor challenge during winter or if the ground is too wet from rain. And also depending on which receiver you deal with It can go good or bad here. Also there's a shopping area across the street if you need to park there momentarily (I'm not sure about overnight parking there).
