Bread was stale and only has meat on about half the sandwich. Fries were cold and hard by the time they finished making our 2 sandwiches. I would never go back.

It’s a fast food sub place - don’t go in expecting fine dining. Sometimes mistakes occur but the staff is typically gracious about fixing any problems. Food is great, especially with the addition of more chicken options. Fries and curds are always freshly made.

Terrible customer service.It was nobody in a restaurant and they had 3 employees I stood by the. Register 8 minutes one of them was cooking the other 2 we're just looking at each other trying to decide who's going come and help me. And then I spoke up I was like, can I get some service here, please? And then one of them approached me.

I’m finally getting around to do this!!! We had excellent service from the employees at this establishment. I ordered online for an early lunch for a wedding party at the Terrace 167 in September. The presentation was perfect and the subs were delicious. Thank you!
FYI- you need to be on their preferred vendor list for lunch before the big show.

I ordered a chicken bacon cheddar. No bacon. Literally in the name. Also 4 people working and took 20 minutes to get my sub.wasn’t busy.
