I'm sorry, I know I'm supposed to love Culver's cuz I live in Wisconsin, but I have standards. For instance, the custard-based milkshakes are gooey to the point of being unpleasant. And cooking beef in butter sounds ok, and it is, up to a point.

They forget items all the time and just offer to put your name in a book, no refund. You know if I took a burger without paying like they took my money without giving me a burger, they would call the police.

My food didnt come complete, I got the fish and chips, and only got one piece, when it was supposed to have two. It looks almost as if someone took the other piece out. Other items were also missing. Thats my reason for one star.
