My wife and I ordered a double bacon basket for our handicap son we told them Ketup and bacon only with fries and Dr pepper. When we got home they put all the condiments on it. When I called the store Briana answered and told her the situation that it was made wrong. We ordered Ketup and bacon only. We'll she started arguing with me say I should have ordered the double bacon cheeseburger. I told her it's smaller and he wanted the the deluxe only Ketup. She kept arguing with me so I hung up. She did say I'll put you down for a free double cheeseburger. She took my name. I call the next day spoke to oliva and later to the rgm michelle and she said the samething I should have ordered the double baconcheese burger. Than I told her my son is covered under the ADA because he's handicapped and she didnt care about it. Said they DO NOT make Double bacon deluxe special for anyone no matter the circumstances. Loss my business at all culvers!

My butter burger was nothing like the pictures you advertise nothing but a thin burger and a bun....what is this....I had cheese added was proceesed thin slice...this is WISC. I would like real cheese.I wanted my money's worth when I stopped in or I don't come back. You don't even print on the receipt what I paid for that expensive ...cheap..burger.

Discovered this Culvers location while driving through the area in between plays at American Players Theatre. The first thing I noticed when entering the Richland Center Culvers was how clean this store is. Including the bathrooms. On our first time here back in June there was an employee by the name of Mary who cleaned each table after each use and also wiped down the chairs and booth seats as well. She was also vacuuming under the tables. There was not a dirty table in the whole restaurant. We commented to her about the great job she was doing. As we were leaving she was making sure the condiment area was clean as well. In most stores this area is always dirty with ketchup spots and sticky counters. But not at the Richland Center location. When we stopped in again this past weekend, we could instantly tell the cleaning standards here are a high priority. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant. Will definitely make this our go to Culvers the next time we are in the area.
Who ever was working August 17 around 3:00 did an absolute fantastic job on my spicy chicken sandwiches so thank you!!!

Oh my goodness! Everyone there is so nice! The manager Kaylee brought me my smoothie! It's so nice that even the managers will run out food! Cayla took my order and she was a sweetheart! Love the staff there, always so nice
