The order taker was horrible, made coffee wrong, then gave attitude about wanting it made as I ordered..... Loaded with with caramel syrup when it should of had caramel flavor as ordered both times. The women at window had more rings in her face than my jewelry box! Very unprofessional for food service and that comes from someone who works food service with facial piercings! You take them out not go to work with 5 so your nose buggers are handing off! Don't recommend this establishment as the have had past experiences the same way.

I attempted to purchase a drink at this location with my loyalty/reward points on the first Monday in January. They scanned the qr code, took my points, and then proceeded to tell me I couldn't use the points and I needed to pay for the drink. The manager said the points would return to my account in a few days. It's been a month, and NO POINTS have been returned. To
add insult to injury, Deja vu! That's right, this is the second time this has happened to me. I'd like Corporate to look into it. I believe that's 1400 to 1600 points I'm owed. Curious: I'm guessing this is a franchise. Is the store/franchise reimbursed by Corporate for my points in addition to my paying for the drink? Not Happy Dunkin!:(

Crafty Randomness

The food is very good. Orders get messed up frequently unfortunately and some of the managers are quite rude. The regular staff is very friendly however. They never answer the phone so don't bother calling. Overall I would give it only three stars but the younger staff deserve more credit.

this is by far THE WORST dunkin I have ever been too. every drink was made wrong even though we specified dairy and no whipped cream and each and every drink was made incorrectly. I have came back here multiple times to give them second chances and they let me down more and more times. their food is cold and looks sloppy and drinks are always wrong. I recommend not spending your money here because I guarantee it is not worth the hustle.

TRASH ON EVERY LEVEL !!!
I Today is November 10th at 9:30 AM and I just left the Richland Center location for the second time today. My initial visit was about 25 minutes ago as I was already just about to spring green WI by the time I realized that my entire order was wrong which would have initially had been free but I’m an honest person and paid for my transaction after going in the store after being left to sit in the drive through for almost 7 minutes. Once inside the store I purchased a damaged white thermos by the way and had I not spoken up I could have left with everything for free. lol. However, I paid for my order and left with almost nothing I ordered. So I turned around and went back to get my order fixed. What a mistake!!! I was made to feel like it was all my fault and ZERO apology !?? Within seconds I had 3 teenagers and an older woman covered in tattoos all yelling at me over the entire situation. The older woman kept saying “It’s my first day” as if she had never been trained in how DD would want their customers treated???? I’m a business owner myself and if I Ever treated my customers like this, I would be out of business in about an hour !! Every single person who I encountered this morning should be fired immediately ! DD is not a place for you to treat people like that and for that matter, NOBODY should EVER be treated like that in life ANYWHERE FOR ANY REASON. IM absolutely contacting corporate right away. DD definitely lost a customer today !!

Two mango pineapple refreshers with lemonade when one was supposed to be green tea but all you can taste is lemonade anyways. Hashbrowns are burnt to a crisp

I came through today to get an ice coffee and a tea through a mobile order. On both drinks I asked light ice due to a tooth sensitivity I have with cold drinks. When picking them up the staff member warned me that they would be a little less full due to the light ice.

When handing me the drinks they were not just “ a little less full “ but they were a fourth of the way empty ( down to the ice symbol on the large cups ) and still had lots of ice in them.

Less ice dose not mean jip a person a fourth of their drink and still have tons of ice in the drink.

I couldn’t even drink these because they were so cold on my teeth that I ended up just throwing them away.

Ordered a coffee and donut on the mobile app for walk-in. Only my drink was waiting for me. When I mentioned the missing donut, the employee frowned at me.... like I had done something wrong? It made me feel bad for even mentioning the error. They threw the donut in the bag and handed it to me with NO apology and NO smile. Wow...
