This has to be the worst McDonalds in the country. You tell them not to add 1 cup of sauce to your Big Mac but they do anyway. Horrible customer service and everyone seems do go on deaf ears when you ask them to do something.

Biggest lie of a place ever ever been to your order food that mix it up you say no onions and add extra onions both you drive-through and make you wait five minutes and then somebody else that pulls up after you and the other lane gets to go through firstalso yeah pull up the next day. Can you hold for a second but then the next someone else pulls up two minutes after you and they get their order first worst place I’ve ever been to in my entire life.

I've spend up to 10 mins in drive-thru waiting , before they take my order!!! worst McDonald's between lacrosse and Madison. if you come on a Sunday night ... go somewhere else . I'm sitting here waiting now !!!! terrible service terrible times terrible staff

RC MCDONALDS FOR THE WIN!! First time in YEARS I’ve gotten a Big Mac that did not fall apart. Perfect amount of sauce. And the fries weren’t over salted. I’m adamant about amazing customer service every time and normally McDonald’s employees are lacking. Today was the first time I went to RC McDonald’s and I was extremely happy ?

I came in tonight and while i was pulling up the manager and a young girl employee was outside smoking or vapeing. They then proceed to take my order horribly giggeling and with someone the whole time. I asked for no onion and picked on my quarter pounder which was met but not without her asking if i meant no bun while laughing hysterically. Fry’s were cold. So cold that i don’t even think it was under a heater or made in the last hour. Quarter pounder meat was also lukewarm which was suprsing consdering that it’s a cook to order meal. As a fellow Mcdonald’s employee but not at this location this service was laughable.

Food was cold and they didn't give us three of our items we ordered. Is there no one in charge making sure the food is prepared appropriately and checking to make sure the customer's order is correct before handing it to them? My experience here seems to be similar to many others so I would highly encourage everyone to go to the McDonald's website and file a complaint under the "Contact Us" section.

One star mainly because McDonald’s has always been low on my favorites list ? but we pulled in at 10:27 and ordered for fries for my little girl because she was hungry. We were told they don’t start serving that till 10:30 so we had to park and wait literally 3 minutes and then they promptly had fries ???
