Pretty typical Subway experience the food was decent and exactly what you’d expect from a quick sandwich stop. The place looked standard for a Subway, nothing out of the ordinary. What stood out, though, was the staff. They were friendly and made the ordering process smooth, which definitely made the visit better. A solid spot if you’re looking for something quick and reliable.

It sucks giving a 1 star review as a former subway employee, but I brought in my coupon and was told I could not use it because it had a minor tear near the date. The location I worked at we were told to take the coupons because they are giving out in the thousands monthly so it was never really a problem but I guess what should I expect for a small town stingy Subway.

Ordered online, idiot app defaulted to Spring Green subway. Asked what can do about it here in RC - "tough" "can buy again here again if want." Be a cold day I buy anything from them again. Customer service no longer exists.

They are always polite when I go. They are quick and do an excellent job at making the sandwiches to exactly what you ask for. Store is clean.

I forgot to change the pick up time on my website order so I tried to call the establishment for over 15 minutes to ask them to change the time. The phone rang and rang until I was told there was no voicemail and I couldn't leave a message. I did that repeatedly but the phone was NEVER answered. I realize it was my mistake but I should have been able to get it corrected by a simple phone call. Instead I was forced to pick up my sandwiches 3 hours earlier than I wanted to. So much for customer service.
