I gave 2 for service because the food was crappy and you know when you're serving bad food that lacks quality, mentioning about the dry pieces I received. This isn't the first time and it will be the last time for chicken being purchased here.Tacos bell part is great.

The person at the drive was very rude. I had to wait in the drive through for more than 22 minutes. I ordered “no tomato” because my wife is allergic, and there was still tomatoes on it. I asked for both the meals to come with chicken tacos, I paid extra for the chicken… and got beef.

Went into the drive through in Richland Center WI. I didn't get my full order that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for! I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and received 3 of them. One had all the fixings the other two had no tomatoes or sour cream. AND I only ordered 2.?
I also ordered Nachos Belle Grande which was all correct.
I included in my order the Crunchwrap Supreme. Which I never got! ?
There also was a large Pepsi. I took the large bag, drove back to work with orders to be extremely pissed off again that I didn't get what I made for again! Others are pissed off that their food was not correct and another never got the food they'd paid for!
SO...like Mc Donald's, Culver's, and KFC my money will NO Longer be spent at your store. This is not the first time it's the 3rd time! Like the others in town we're done, three times they've done the same thing as you have! Thieves! The whole lot of you!

I ordered 3 tacos and fries I got just down the road to kwik trip and my fries were cold. I was sick and didn't feel well so I went home and threw them in the garbage.
Service thru the drive thru was very poor I ordered a side of sour cream and 2 cheesy roll ups only got 1 and no side of sour cream when I called I got hung up on won't be going back there!!!!

Entire staff needs fired. Most disrespectful people I've ever seen in my life. Corporate needs to get involved and shut this place down and start from scratch. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!! Stop supporting the horrible people here, stop ordering food here and maybe something will finally change when their profits disappear. We live in a small town with very few options for a quick meal and we deserve better.

F the bell and kfcThis place was absolutely awful! Service was terrible and waited at least 30 minutes for food we never got! ! thought this was fast food? We didn't get our money back either and I didn't get my biscuit! I tried talking to them, but they yelled at me and they were very disrespectful! They would pick up the phone and hang up on us! They acted like they didn't want to be there, awful attitudes! Our food was cold and there wasn't any meat in our supposedly delicious food! It was trash! i do not recommend this place! Go to subway! #eat fresh 4L ????????☠️?❌?? hope you liked my review because it is completely accurate!!! If you want me to come back I suggest you fix something or my amazing friends and I aren't coming back.
