Customer service wasn't good staff were sassy and kept getting my order wrong, then while my daughter was eating her food she found a cluster of hairs in her food if 0 stars were an option i would click that. Do not recommend

Waited for Mobil order for 27 minutes nobody even came to the counter to help. Drive thru people were coming in because they had waited for way too long. Ended up canceling the order! I kept hearing about the awful service but this is ridiculous.

While I watched 1 person sweeping the floor while the other 6 were just hanging out, talking and on their phones. Terrible will never return! Finally when I went and stood by the counter they scattered and started making my order. Took a total of 40 minutes to get my order .

Pieces were dried out.$46 for a meal that is terrible,quality pieces his astronomicaly bad and shouldn't be..I guess those are chicken wings in the picture. I gave 2 for service because the food was crappy and you know when you're serving bad food that lacks quality, mentioning about the dry pieces I received. This isn't the first time and it will be the last time for chicken being purchased here.Tacos bell part is great.

The person at the drive was very rude. I had to wait in the drive through for more than 22 minutes. I ordered “no tomato” because my wife is allergic, and there was still tomatoes on it. I asked for both the meals to come with chicken tacos, I paid extra for the chicken… and got beef.

Went into the drive through in Richland Center WI. I didn't get my full order that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for! I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and received 3 of them. One had all the fixings the other two had no tomatoes or sour cream. AND I only ordered 2.?
I also ordered Nachos Belle Grande which was all correct.
I included in my order the Crunchwrap Supreme. Which I never got! ?
There also was a large Pepsi. I took the large bag, drove back to work with orders to be extremely pissed off again that I didn't get what I made for again! Others are pissed off that their food was not correct and another never got the food they'd paid for!
SO...like Mc Donald's, Culver's, and KFC my money will NO Longer be spent at your store. This is not the first time it's the 3rd time! Like the others in town we're done, three times they've done the same thing as you have! Thieves! The whole lot of you!
I can't continue to pay the ridiculous prices......and then to be further insulted by not getting the Food I just paid for! My taste buds are going to be sad, my mind at peace that I just didn't get ripped off again!
