Entire staff needs fired. Most disrespectful people I've ever seen in my life. Corporate needs to get involved and shut this place down and start from scratch. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!! Stop supporting the horrible people here, stop ordering food here and maybe something will finally change when their profits disappear. We live in a small town with very few options for a quick meal and we deserve better.

F the bell and kfcThis place was absolutely awful! Service was terrible and waited at least 30 minutes for food we never got! ! thought this was fast food? We didn't get our money back either and I didn't get my biscuit! I tried talking to them, but they yelled at me and they were very disrespectful! They would pick up the phone and hang up on us! They acted like they didn't want to be there, awful attitudes! Our food was cold and there wasn't any meat in our supposedly delicious food! It was trash! i do not recommend this place! Go to subway! #eat fresh 4L ????????☠️?❌?? hope you liked my review because it is completely accurate!!! If you want me to come back I suggest you fix something or my amazing friends and I aren't coming back.

Taco bell has always been my go to late night food. However, I just recently moved to the Richland center area. Was super happy there was a taco bell....now I'm not so happy. What the hell kind of people work here? I went there at 11:00. Mind you it says you close at 12:00. All the lights were on but not a single person to be seen. Drive ahead to the drive through window they're just fing sitting their IGNORING customers. Where I used to live the taco bell was open when it said it was going to be open. And mind you, you will have bad workers, but this issue needs to be fixed. Whatever young man was in there either needs to be retrained or you guys need new employees. You're paying you're employees to sit there,instead of making money. I had three cars behind me also waiting to order. But your loss I guess. Guess I might have to find a different taco bell and take the 45 minute extra drive from now on ?♀️ im also contemplating filing a complaint with corporate ?♀️ I don't recommend this taco bell. Ps- If you file a complaint you have to go to KFCs website. Since it's a joint taco bell.

I went there tonight to get some chicken. They said it will be a 15 min wait. But there will be no extra crispy chicken cause it's after 6:15. They close at 12am. I said goodbye. Kwik Trip has better chicken anyways.

There's a young man with a ponytail that is very helpful. If there's an issue with the order, he fixes it right away, definitely 5 star customer

I haven't had any problems with service. In most cases I'd give it five stars, but I'm giving it three stars because the exterior of the building is showing signs of neglect that detract from a professional atmosphere.

Worst place in RC!! Went through drive thru, no answer, went to the window where two guys were standing around! The one opened the window and confirmed they were open and started to take our order. We drove back around so we could see menu which was not lit so was very difficult! They were out of lemonade so they offer a refund which I never got when I got a water for a replacement which turned out to be soda water (puke)! Upon leaving I decided I better check our order, turns out the entire order aside from as cheese roll up is incorrect!!! When we take it in they check everything, throws it away, then tell me that that’s what the register says! Um so!! It’s not what I said and my family won’t eat it! So I tell him if it’s too difficult he can just refund me and I’ll go elsewhere! He proceeds to remake my food and cowardly has another employee had it to me without even an apology! And guess what!! Still wrong!! Even after I wrote it down for him and verbally told him!! I guess his oral and written communication skills aren’t very strong!! Unfortunately I did not get a receipt and do not know where to contact the franchise for feedback so this will have to do for my vent!

The staff was friendly and the food was good. Nothing amazing, but it's definitely good for Taco Bell. We just ordered a black bean crunchwrap and steak quesadilla with drinks, but it was all good. The crunchwrap was made perfect ?.
Food is always wrong, employees always act smug and like you're inconveniencing them just for placing an order, randomly closed during the day whenever they feel like it, just do the whole town favor and stop spending your money at this place.

I went to this location and these employees are absolutely terrible. They couldn’t get the food correct and was given completely wrong items. This was absolutely the worst experience. Whomever was working the kitchen and the young male walking around drive through should be fired and find sadly a new career. I’ll never go there again. I’d give them a negative 10 if I could or fire the entire staff

KFC...mac cheese bowel..5 bucks...1/2 size from TV...< that was yr ago..today 12-1-23 I got a spicy chicken sandwich ..all it was is a bun fried chicken fillet and 1 pickle !! no sauce or anything...very tasteless no spices at all...got it home added salt pepper n hot sauce it did a little but not much,, oh yea its 50% smaller than in the adds or pic's....will never try this again...

last time i went to this taco bell my quesadilla was burnt, it was missing the chicken and hot sauce, and there was random pieces of chicken in the bag. The workers there where high on mar and EXTREMELEY RUDE DO NOT GO HERE
