To each their own, lesson learned. For the price paid, I was expecting better food. I like a good prime rib sandwich But prefer my sandwich bun isn't completely soaked, so I can actually hold it while it eat. Hopefully in the summer they're are more options open and available.

Fried chicken is excellent! Service mediocre at best. Had a reservation, waited almost an hour to be seated, had to ask twice for silverware, table next to us was not eating, yet, wasn't asked to leave to accommodate others during a full house.

So this is mostly a typical Wisconsin tavern, BUT they have a dining area, and some of the best broasted/fried chicken I've ever had. Their Friday all you can eat Fish and Chicken is not to be missed. The wings are also pretty darn good. They are super casual and you can expect a long wait, so I recommend making a reservation. Sit at the bar and drink! The FIBS are usually done with their Boating by 4, so get there early! They have some craft beer on draft, as well as a frozen margarita machine. (get the 50/50 mix Strawberry and Regular trust me) AND you can get them to go! It may not look like much, but this place is definitely worth stopping by for.

The food was mediocre at best. The waitress wouldn't write our order down and got it extremely wrong. Then we got sent to three different places to pay the bill, the last of which was a rude guy who acted like we did something wrong. Also how can a restaurant have only obviously old packets of coffee and almost no creamer?

This is the best broasted chicken I've ever had!!! So juicy and the breading is perfectly seasoned. And wow, what a deal. We drive 45 minutes to go here and it's totally worth it.
