That bathroom smelled like death and looked absolutely disgusting. I felt like puking walking in there. Nobody in the lobby, but food took forever. Some female employee kept screaming in the back. Not impressed.

My husband came in and asked for chicken tenders and instead got old dried out, poor looking chicken thighs, breasts. This was one of the most awful meals we have had! Didn't get the food that was asked for and got your old food! Very Very disappointed!

Just went through the drive through at 11 oclock. I was the only car, i ordered 1 burrito and i was waiting for over 10 minutes so i just left….. the biggest joke of a fast food restaurant in ripon.

I ordered a chicken sandwhich, and got 2 chicken tenders in between 2 buns, smh do better. But still overall good food.
I order ahead when getting family meals to give time to prepare the order. The last two times, it hasn't mattered. I've had a 15+ minute wait despite scheduling the order pickup 1.5 hours ahead of time. The staff has also lied each time that they ran out just when my order came in, as if it takes an hour and a half to make chicken. This isn't a ton of food - a simple 12-piece chicken meal.
Bad service and a long wait mean I'd be unlikely to recommend this location to anyone. The food is fine, but it's not worth the headache or the prices that are getting higher and higher each time I come.

These guys have a rough time of making taco bell food correctly. 5 layer burritos are supposed to have 2 tortillas and nacho cheese. Grilled cheese burritos are supposed to have rice. In my last 4 visits to this location both have been incorrect and very light compared to other locations.
