Absolutely ridiculous.. we were the only ones here when we got here at 7:00 on a Thursday. We waited over 5 minutes to place our order. Then waited another 20 for our food. They forgot about few things so I went back up to the counter, after waiting a few minutes I went in back and asked for help. I got an employee SCREAMING at me. Plus my quasadilla and other food was cold.

Went thru drive thru for 2 party packs of tacos and they were trying to charge me 98$ I looked at my bill went back in and the older lady acted as if I was dumb and did not want to reimburse me the 67 dollars she over charged me, another gentleman then told her when I ordered that she over charged me and she just let it slide as if I was dumb enough to let that pass! Not on my watch, you aren't going to try and rip me off and get mad when I want my money to be reimburse! Watch your bills people this isn't the first time!!

Have only used KFC drive thru lately. Chicken fingers are good & I especially enjoy the pot pie. Service is friendly & timely. Reasonably priced & coupons available.
I would like to share my honest feedback. I regret to say that the taste and variety of KFC food in the USA do not match what I’ve experienced in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. In both countries, KFC offers a wider range of options and a richer flavor that I couldn’t find here. I truly appreciate the staff at this location. They were kind, respectful, and cooperative. The official closing time was 10:30 PM, but when I arrived around 9:10 PM, one of the team members informed me that dining in was no longer available and only takeout was allowed. I mentioned that I had traveled from Oshkosh with my family specifically to dine in. She kindly allowed us to sit and eat, explaining that the dining area typically closes at 9:30 PM while the drive-thru remains open until 10:30 PM. They even offered us a delicious chocolate cake, which was a pleasant surprise. I’m thankful for their hospitality.

Well, doing take out was a mistake. Bathroom smelled of mold and we waited 17 minutes for nothing complicated. Food tasted fine, but after waiting that long, I would've expected hot food, it was warm at best.
