Wife and I stopped in at 3:15pm on 4/9/24. The lights are on, the doors are unlocked. There are people walking in and out. My wife walks in to place an order, and a person behind the counter rather coarsely, tells her. "We closed at 2:30pm" Now what fast food place closes at 2:30 in the afternoon, and then leaves the lights on and the doors unlocked??

If you want sauce don’t order from this place. I order at least 3x a week and never ever get my sauce. Not even once. Then I called today sick of it and some smart mouth told me basically too bad. 0/10 customer service.

I'm not sure why I wasted my money, the food is cold and the cinnamon twist tastes disgusting, they need to change the oil or something.
This place is absolutely ridiculous! They never get my order right 90% of the times they forget to sub chicken and this time (I asked for no lettuce and tomatoes which they did correctly)they remembered the chicken but forgot the sauce I paid extra for and the cheese sauce the beefy 5 layer came incorrect too don't expect anything from this place

service is good or really bad depending on who you get. paid for 5 things and they left out my large mac and cheese, so always ALWAYS check your order… they probably messed up my order specifics too cause that happens tons too.i usually do because this happens WAY too often, but i was just lackin today i guess.unless you want to give a less than stellar corporation free money check your orders, cause some of the employees don’t care enough ?

i love taco bell! when i went on new years even with my friend group the server was really funny and we loved him! my one problem is that i dont eat meat so i ordered a meatless cheesy gordita crunch but i got meat in it. i wasnt pleased with that but the food is really good! my friends all got what they wanted though.
