Stopped in to get some specialty chocolates wrapped pretty to give as gifts. Explained what I wanted but the lady behind the counter didn’t get it. They weren’t professionally boxed like I asked and ended up being an embarrassment to give. Their chocolate is always super tasty but would have liked much better customer service and pride in their packaging. Have given them several opportunities to wow but I am always left deflated. Last try sadly, because I love to support local business.
