Carbone's Pizzeria - River Falls, WI

Don't order delivery! They don't have their own drivers and rely solely on Uber, which is not very prevalent in the area. It took almost 2 hours to receive my order and one of the employees delivered it on their way home from work. I praise the employee for going out of there way to deliver my order, but find it absolutely ridiculous that a major pizza chain can't hire a delivery driver especially in a college town.

I walked into the location last night ordered food and I saw a employee come to the counter holding pizza dough without gloves, set the dough on the bare counter where money is handled. When I witnessed him later try to run the dough through the dough press my father told him he couldn't use the dough. The employee then showed his education level and said putting it in a 500 degree oven kills all the bacteria. Seriously is this how they are trained. He then started getting louder to the point of screaming at us including my wife. That was very much unacceptable In any wold.we called the management and requested to be called back. No call. Stay away just my opinion

Pizza is not good it’s flavorless and burnt on the bottom sandwiches have one slab of meat and no toppings which it states it will have on the menu and my salad dressing was old!!

Worst $30 taco pizza ever. The stale and weird tasting taco chips ruined what might have been something halfway decent. A huge disappointment for Mothers Day. The small cheese pizza apparently was decent. Never ordering from them again.

Staff members were friendly and polite the best part is that they have a gluten free pizza.

I was in town for the weekend and had a hotel nearby. The hotel said this place does room orders, so we ordered from here. No 3rd party drivers like Uber or DoorDash picked it up for 2 hours, so the food got cold. I called in and asked if I could just pick it up and Damon offered to remake it since it got cold. I went there to pick it up and instead of wasting the cold food we ordered Damon gave us both! I highly recommend coming here, Damon was a very nice guy and the Pizza he made was great!

On a side note, I would recommend not ordering delivery since the 3rd party driver was 2 hours late. Also he was very rude to Damon.

We're not super picky but looking at other reviews I guess we're just unlucky. We ordered a meatball hoagie, hot dago and pizza fries last night. My husband was there a few minutes earlier than the time we were told it would be ready and it was already done. Got it home (we're less than 5 min away) and it was luke warm at best. Pizza fries were so salty they were barely edible. Tried dabbing the grease off, tried scraping the top but it was like someone opened a salt shaker and poured it on. The worst was my dago. I ate two small rows and a couple bites into the next row I noticed the texture was different. Almost soggy. It was on bread so thought it was the bread that was 'soggy' and at a couple more bites. Then noticed that the inside was completely raw. We're not talking a little undercooked...this was like just-came-off-the-meat-counter raw. It's a big patty and maybe only an inch around the outside was actually cooked. The rest was totally and completely raw. My husband took it back and all the guy could say was he put it in the timed oven. May want to check your ovens or the timer because it wasn't even close to being done. Got our money back and won't be back.

Prices have gone for the first time in ten years making it more spendy than it sued to be, but the quality is still there and is ready on time

I've been having these guys deliver pizza to me for 5 years. I personally think they are the best pizza place in river falls by far. I love their thin crust and their sauce is super rich. Fast service great employees.

Great pizza. Service is hit or miss. Called 3 times a half hour before close and no answer. :(Update.They do not have a delivery driver and have not the last four times I've tried to order. Very disappointed

I placed an order for a medium pizza with jalapeño, onion, pepperoni, & black olive on gluten free crust. I ordered 1 side of ranch & my total came to almost $34 ?I’m not a cheap person, but reeeeally?? lolTheir pricing is ridiculous ??‍♂️Great job to whoever is in charge office for costing the menu out ?Side note: Guy that answered the phone did a great job :)
