Cleanliness and service concerns. Certain employees swearing in front of customers/children, making fun of drive thru customers behind their back. The owner has always been known in this town as being toxic.

Fast service and great food

No handicap accessible doors. On free cone day they have a small sign saying with purchase at the register, even though they are not a mall location! Other days my food is typically cold and the chicken tender are tiny! Maybe just stick to ice cream.

First time ever going to the one in River Falls since I moved here and it was a poor experience.

The dipped cone is shown as I received it. Very sloppy looking, no curl, and not even completely covered, overall just sad.

This was the worst 😫 I had a burger and pretzel stick and the burger was edible but the pretzels were so hard the cheese was like glue

Would not recommend. I typically love DQ grill and chill, but after ordering a chicken strip basket and pretzel sticks I am completely turned off. Will not go to this location again. My pretzel sticks were hard as a rock on the ends, cheese was as thick as frosting, and chicken strips were cold as well as the fries. I could tell my entire basket was leftover food that was grabbed and not even reheated if necessary. As a food service manager myself these temps should be known before providing to customers especially if they have been sitting out. To top it off my fries were cold and rubbery. Very disappointed.

They Stopped serving food an hour before they close. They were just trying to close early, it’s crazy because people go there for food!? Very rude and short with me.

They are not hiring.

Parking: The "now hiring" sign is outdated. Gotta wait until summer.

Incredibly rude service after they messed up my blizzard order and I politely asked if I could get the flavor I asked for. The person who spoke to me about it was kind, but not the person who remade my blizzard.
Must be such an inconvenience for the one particular employee who remade my blizzard to do her job and not audibly complain about it and mock me the whole time so everyone can hear how upset she is.

Your basic DQ atmosphere. One plus, though, is that the ice cream was really good - like I remember it being when I was young. I've been to some places where it seems they might be watering the mixture to save money, and it shows up with icy, more hard ice cream. This was soft, creamy, and yummy! I want more!

The blizzard was complete liquid and they didn’t serve it to me upside down. I asked them about flipping it upside down for me after noticing how thin the blizzard was, and the server responded “we don’t do that here.” And then waved us along. Do not get ice cream here.

Worst customer service ever!! all 3 kids that were running the drive thru pm of 6/27/24 should be FIRED! We will never return again!!
