930 at night nobody answered drive through doesn't close until 10

Bought 2 chicken strip baskets with gravy, one with cheese curds & one with onion rings.
Chicken was barely lukewarm and gravy was completely cold. Cheese curds also lukewarm warm. Onion rings, all 4 of them, were hot though. Most of both meals went in the trash. Will definitely go to Culver’s next time so my food is hot..

I would just like to say thank you to the very nice young woman who helped me out tonight by making sure I got two extra cups of the gravy for my chicken strip basket after I placed my to go order! She was very kind and that kind of kindness will be repayed by a genuine review! Keep up the kindness and it will be rewarded! I hope you get some love for this review!

I think this place has amazing employees, that are kind, hard working, and always ready to help. The only problem is that they are underpaid which causes problems. 5 stars would recommend.

Rude- TERRIBLE attendants in drive thru

Tried to order a chocolate ice cream cake, drive thru attendant asked me to repeat what I wanted 4 times. I asked him what sizes they had in the brownie one. Then I ordered a small cone , When he finally seemed to understand what I wanted … he said pull up to the window for your total.

Then they only handed me the cone … when I asked about the cake they Said “ YOU TOOK off” before he could finish my order and he didn’t hear me ask for any cake..??!

Then I was handed over to another staff who said they did not have any cakes. ??

It's ridiculous how you pay $4-7 for a blizzard and they REGULARLY...I mean 9 out of 10 times... only fill the blizzard cups an 1/2 to an inch below the top of the cup. IlEvery other DQ around the area (Hudson, Baldwin, etc) will fill it over the top by 1/2 inch or more! We bought 5 blizzards tonight and they were ALL 1/2 Inch below the top. What a rip off. Do better River Falls DQ!

Cleanliness and service concerns. Certain employees swearing in front of customers/children, making fun of drive thru customers behind their back. The owner has always been known in this town as being toxic.

No handicap accessible doors. On free cone day they have a small sign saying with purchase at the register, even though they are not a mall location! Other days my food is typically cold and the chicken tender are tiny! Maybe just stick to ice cream.

First time ever going to the one in River Falls since I moved here and it was a poor experience.

The dipped cone is shown as I received it. Very sloppy looking, no curl, and not even completely covered, overall just sad.
