I just walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged let alone looked at. Sat by the register and waited for many minutes without anyone saying a thing to me but continuing to help drive thru. I just walked out and they didn’t even notice I was there? Rudest experience ever.

Everytime I've been there somehow they manage to screw up my order. I've even gone back in. I guess I didn't realize it was that difficult to take an order for a dozen donuts. Wait here the catch, it was 4 or 3 kinds. Maybe that was the hard part. Do better.

My friends and i went through the drive through and made sure it was okay we had separate orders. the lady at the speaker told us it was okay and we proceeded to order. when we got to the window an employee was very rude and told us to not make a habit of coming through the drive thru with multiple orders. she angrily said “you know we have an app right?” all of us were very taken back and shocked. i understand that it may be annoying, but that is why we asked if it was okay before hand. i hope this customer service will improve and you guys can learn from this.

Then they handed the bag to my kid when I had my back turned and I was left waiting there for donuts I had already gotten before one of the ladies behind the counter gave me a look like I was an idiot. Probably won't be back.
