Sat and waited for online order to come out. 4 ppl on their phones not working while 1 kid cleaned the machine. Then food was ready while time just not put at the pick up area. Sandwich was wrong topping or lack there of.

Very dissatisfied. I ordered a sandwich for delivery, tracker said it was all yours, I never received it so I called back and the person answered and then was like hello? Hello? As I was talking and hung up, so I called back they answered and he said I was your delivery driver and I left it on the front counter after I told him the address. He said it was in the instructions which I never said to do that. I never left the front counter and I searched all over the shop never found my sandwich. $16 very poorly spent and will never order here again.

also they get your sub soaking wet with the dressings and oil. not a fan of that.

Never takes any less than 45minutes to an hour to recieve a delivery. I am a 3 minute drive from the store. Absolutely ridiculous.

How do you make the same sandwich wrong TWICE?!?!?! If your sandwich has tomatoes, and the person ordering doesn't say no tomatoes, THEN YOU PUT TOMATOES ON IT! How hard is that? Everyone that works here needs to be fired, especially the manager who clearly can't manage anyone.
