This store is very consistent so the chances of your order being made wrong, especially for items you pay extra for and don't get, are very high. 10/10 would not recommend.

How do you make the same sandwich wrong TWICE?!?!?! If your sandwich has tomatoes, and the person ordering doesn't say no tomatoes, THEN YOU PUT TOMATOES ON IT! How hard is that? Everyone that works here needs to be fired, especially the manager who clearly can't manage anyone.

Ordered two days in a row (sports events all weekend) and the first day part of our order was missing. Thankfully they brought us the rest of our meal. The second day we waited an hour for food to have our tomatoes have what looks like chunks of dirt still on them questioning their cleanliness practices and they don’t seem to care. Photo in comments since it wouldn’t let me attach to the review.

Went to the drive through at 9:30pm last night and they acted as if they were closed but all the hours online and on the store said open till 10pm and I went up to the window and I even saw a customer walk in and order food. They weren’t closed. Just didn’t take my order. By that point I was late to work so I had to go to work starving. I am NOT happy.

It took 30 minutes for our order to be listed as “out for delivery” and it took another 30 for it to arrive.It should not take more than an hour to have sandwiches delivered less than 2 miles away.

They should really stop this "freaky fast" advertising. It's been an hour and a half and this happens 25% of the time. Not to mention how many times they forgot my straw, cookie or chips. It's starting to get exhausting ordering from them.

Pickup order not great. Bread was hard as rock, napkins and mayo was not included even though it was requested in app. Wrong cookie and sandwich not cut in half as requested. Simple things that weren’t followed.

ordered a BBQ ranch chicken wrap as my receipt says also...paid for the BBQ wrap and ended up with someone far from it on top of that the shredded chicken was ice cold! maybe some peeps get cold shredded chicken in their stuff but I wouldn't do cold shredded chick....and not a drop of BBQ in site. called a handful of times, once I didn't have good service but once I had full service still only kept getting the response " I can't hear you your breaking up huh what you say" when I politely asked for a shift lead or manager. 😥 turning around after half way home of an hour drive wasn't an option. 😔
