Went to the drive through at 9:30pm last night and they acted as if they were closed but all the hours online and on the store said open till 10pm and I went up to the window and I even saw a customer walk in and order food. They weren’t closed. Just didn’t take my order. By that point I was late to work so I had to go to work starving. I am NOT happy.

It took 30 minutes for our order to be listed as “out for delivery” and it took another 30 for it to arrive.It should not take more than an hour to have sandwiches delivered less than 2 miles away.

They should really stop this "freaky fast" advertising. It's been an hour and a half and this happens 25% of the time. Not to mention how many times they forgot my straw, cookie or chips. It's starting to get exhausting ordering from them.

Pickup order not great. Bread was hard as rock, napkins and mayo was not included even though it was requested in app. Wrong cookie and sandwich not cut in half as requested. Simple things that weren’t followed.

When I asked for - light on the onions- I didn’t realize this was a challenge to add ALL the onions. There were so many onions…. I tossed the sandwich out. You might want to include listening as a training tool.

I have been here at least five times over the past several years and they NEVER EVER EVER EVER include napkins. The customer has to ask for napkins.Today I spent $20 and she gave me 6 napkins with a nasty attitude. Are they being tortured by the customers asking for napkins? I suppose if you are a proper bootlicker you make the customer your victimizer by having the audacity to ask for napkins?It’s weird so I won’t be coming back anymore after the sassy attitude. Keep your napkins. Keep your sammiches. I hope this location ends up closed. It’s definitely gotten slower over the years. Significantly. Huh…wonder why…duh.

Had to call the store due to a confusing error on ordering through DoorDash. Was speaking to the manager who was working on 5/2/2023 at 7:30pm and she was very rude. Do not recommend ordering from here!!!! Absolutely awful customer service!

Could not have messed my order up more. Missing both the things I added to the sandwich, included both the things I removed, and even added pickles, which I didn’t add and don’t even come on the sandwich. Then the kickin ranch cup was also only about 1/4 full, not sure how that even happens. This happens every time I order here, the sandwich is always wrong and the sides are often just forgotten. It’s like they don’t actually look at the order at all, and just make the base sandwich most of the time.
