I personally love Luigi's Pizza. It takes me back to my college days when every once in a while we would splurge for a good pizza. Now when my family is in River Falls, my kids ask for Luigi's Pizza. They know I'm a sucker when they ask me this and will almost always oblige them. Thanks for keeping the place up and continuing to serve a great pizza.

Just received the best double hamburger pizza tonight! such a tasty treat! Tons of big pieces of hamburger! Tons of cheese! Thank you Luigi's!Plus the delivery driver was very sweet and courteous!

Order was wrong when received. Called and they were more concerned about getting the wrong pizza back than getting me the correct pizza. Was told it could take 30-45 minutes to get the RIGHT pizza but they would only do it if they could get the wrong pizza back. I don’t mind giving it back as we won’t eat it. The pizza they charged for and delivered was more expensive than the one I’m asking for (we wanted just cheese). When asking if I paid for the toppings on the wrong pizza I was told they could refund and recharge but only if they got the wrong pizza back. AGAIN more concerned about getting the wrong pizza back than fixing their error. We decided to just have them refund and pick up the wrong pizza. Again, I didn’t care about giving back the pizza we didn’t want and won’t eat back. I do care, however, that them getting it back was a bigger focus than fixing the situation. Customer service was a big miss tonight.

Pizza came it cold and sauce all dried up looked like it had been sitting around waiting for a sucker ME we each tried one piece and threw it out we will never order anything again

Sadly, the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Absolutely no flavor on anything. It’s like they forgot to buy salt or something. So sad I had High hopes.
