Had one of the best experiences at McDonalds tonight. I needed some help with ordering and the worker Ethan was fantastic. He helped with food and even ran outside to bring us something we forgot inside. Very dedicated and kind. Needs a raise and a promotion immediately!

normally they do really well but recently have been falling off. monday night i received a plain big mac. this was deeply upsetting. a tragedy actually. today i asked for caramel drizzle on my coffee. no caramel in sight. once again. tragic.

I've visited this McDonald's many times and usually get good service. On this visit I ordered from the Kiosk and chose to eat in the store. It had me enter a table tent number which I took to my seat to wait for my food. A few minutes later I heard someone call my table tent number at the counter instead of delivering my food. It was the morning shift manager. Not sure why you would have table delivery turned on, but then have your customer pick up. The store was not that busy and there were a bunch of staff working. Food was prepared properly. My steak bagel was a bit gristly, so I deducted a star for that.

I wanted to take the time to say the great customer service i received the other day. Deven in drive thru was very caresmatic and helpful. Workers like that are what keep me going back to places! I hope his efforts are recognized by management.
