The night manager (I assume he’s the manager) is super nice but several of the service workers have attitudes at night. Not sure if they’re understaffed and stressed but they aren’t polite at all.

The girl working the counter, Bella, was super nice. In my drink, she put the perfect amount of ice. The garbages were too full, and that is a load of bull. Over all, 5 stars for Bella. Thank God that trash didn't smella. They did run out of grinch salt. But that wasn't Bella's fault.

One of the best McDonald's I've been to. I'm a trucker, so I see a lot of these places. Staff are always friendly, and even when the line for the drive-through is backed up, the wait time is still pretty decent. Food is always hot and fresh. I think I've been let down only once or twice.

I ordered online for table service at this restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food was good. They ask for your table number on the app so that the meal will be delivered to your table and the result was having employee yell across the restaurant rather than bring food to table. I guess my expectations are high for customer service. When I go to Chick-Fil-A my table service I receive is so pleasant. Thank you.

Had one of the best experiences at McDonalds tonight. I needed some help with ordering and the worker Ethan was fantastic. He helped with food and even ran outside to bring us something we forgot inside. Very dedicated and kind. Needs a raise and a promotion immediately!

I've gone in here multiple times and wanted to pay the old-fashioned way and order the old-fashioned way.But due to technology i've stood in front of the cash registers on numerous visits and not been acknowledged for over ten minutes.
