The staff was very kind and patient as I ordered a little different due to a food allergy. They have a fantastic dairy free menu and the pizzas are delicious.
I was very impressed with the service I received. The young man working on the night of Saturday May 17th right before close, he was extremely kind, considerate and patient. I had called a short time before they closed and he made sure I would be able to get some pizza and a few extra things, even if he had to stay a few minutes late. I don't typically take the time to do surveys or reviews, but I felt that this guy needs to know that he really did an amazing job all around and that in itself is worth my time to do this survey. I will be back again, because of his excellent service. The food was great as well. Thank you.
I love Papa Murphy’s but this location consistently disappoints. Skimpy on toppings and make pizzas wrong consistently. Customer service is poor at best, if they make a mistake you don’t find until you get home (I.e., an ordered pepperoni pizza also has crumbled sausage all over it that you can’t just pick off) they force you to come into the store to get a refund, and then you can only get a refund “when the manager is there”. We live closer to this location but typically give the Hudson location our business for these reasons. Would love to support the closer location, but until they start making an effort, we’ll take our business to the other locations that do.
The Taco Grande pizza was great and the staff put dairy-free cheese on 1/4 of it per my request.
A young man named Sawyer helped me. He was there all by himself. As his co worker left early. It was busy. He knocked it out. Kudos to this young man for his outstanding work ethic.
Love coming here and getting pizza. Extremely friendly staff. Favorite pizza cowboy! yum
