I would give a million stars if I could! These guys were amazingly professional, classy, and absolutely DELICIOUS. I cannot recommend them enough. I believe I was the first bride to use them at a new venue and they had no issues at all. They knew what they were doing. They set up perfectly, their displays for the buffet were clean and proper. I cannot get over how delicious the food was. Another compliment I got throughout the night. I HIGHLY recommend the maple dijon chicken on their menu!

River Valley Catering was worth every penny for our daughter’s wedding. Their service was flawless, extremely professional crew! The food was A-MAZING!! Seriously our guests made so many positive comments, mostly it was the best food they ever had at a wedding! Thank you RVC!!

River Valley Catering is one of our favorite caterers to work with! They are communicative leading up to the wedding day and helpful with answering any questions we may have. Their food is some of the best we've had at weddings before and we always look forward to weddings with them! Highly recommend if you're looking for a caterer!

We used RVC to feed our 230 person wedding and it was an incredible decision! The RVC team was organized throughout the entire planning process and made selecting our meal easy. We selected plated meal and on the wedding day the portions were very large and nicely hot. All of our guests said they were very well fed! The late night pizza add-on was a total hit!

Great experience with River Valley for our fall wedding! Good communication with the team and so many tasty options for entrees, sides, and salads. Their options are not what you normally experience for meals at other weddings, nice variety of flavors and protein options that are filling and so tasty! Everyone loved the dinner and late night snacks!

The service and communication from Bryanna was incredible! Our guests RAVED about the food on our wedding day and even still bring up how amazing it was! The staff that helped out on the day of were extremely kind and were efficient with serving. Overall, we are so glad we went with River Valley Catering!

We hired River Valley Catering for our wedding in September and have gotten so many compliments on the food. Our guests have been saying it’s the best wedding food they’ve had -we chose the spinach artichoke chicken and the stuffed pork chop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We used River Valley Catering for our wedding at the Skyroom in Red Wing in August, and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. They were super pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions quickly, had tons of great options for food selections, and easily accommodated our guests who had allergies or dietary restrictions. RVC did a phenomenal job catering my wedding! I heard nothing but good things from guests! We did a tasting in person which was so helpful when determining which meal to serve. We honestly had a hard time deciding because all of the food was so good. My husband and I love good food so it was so important to us to choose high quality food to serve our guests.
The staff is very responsive to emails, and the staff on site the day of were kind, professional, and efficient. I recommend anyone catering an event use them! We loved having the appetizers passed around by staff. It was so helpful. Our only regret was not catering the dessert through them. They arrived on time and cleared plates quickly. Thankyou so much for being a part of our day!

Wow! We are so pleased with our experience with River Valley Catering for our wedding in June 2024. RVC did a great job with communication in helping us navigate the process of choosing food for our wedding. They allowed us to try several different dishes to ensure that we were choosing exactly what we wanted for our big day.
