Honestly, the food is great. But the customer service could definitely improve. We put in an order and arrived about 10 minutes after the food pickup time. When we walked in the door, an employee was sitting at the table. We stood at the counter for a good minute before he even acknowledged we walked in. Then proceeded to confirm our order and then make us wait 30 minutes for our food. If they were busy I would understand. Clearly that wasn't the case. Like I said in the beginning, the food is terrific. But a little decent customer service would be appreciated.

Food was good, customer service is direct, not everyone’s style but it’s how I prefer it. The food was fresh and good, the chicken had blood on it and chunked on? The meat looks spoiled as if it’s old product sitting in a color. Rice was brown not white like advertised on the menu. We weren’t informed either. We’re willing to give it another shot but if we eat this chicken, we’re gonna be sick. Something needs to be done or reached out too.

I got the general Tso’s chicken and cream cheese wontons. Don’t recommend. Maybe this is a Szechuan place so if you order off that menu it might have been better. My partner got the beef and Chinese vegetables and said it was okay. Don’t recommend the egg rolls.

We moved here a year ago and I tried other local spots but this one is true NY style Chinese.Family owned so it’s nice to get to know the family and keep up with them as they grow.All around great place

I ordered pork fried rice, chicken lo mien and cream cheese wontons. Everything is very tasty. The workers are very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!! There was a piece of metal in our to go order and we didn’t discover until we almost finished eating. If only could you imagine the disgust! My husband called them back and demanded to speak to the manager (the woman on the phone didn’t seem to understand us). She hung up on us so we called back - only to be hung up again. They have the worst customer service of any business in town and I’m definitely not coming back! This place has some serious sanitary concerns not just from the food but also when you entered the premise it smelled foul. Take your business elsewhere people!!
